I think the funny bit is supposed to be Ross' original tweet and the messages underneath are just people who have "re-tweeted" Ross' message on their own twitter account. 

It would appear that someone else sent that from him going by the next tweet:

 

"Hahahahaha @Livvyk16 What great friends I have. Think I need to change my password."

Its more they are sharing it in their own circles or 'followers'<br /><br /> <br /><br />The author still gets shown. Like a forward from an email almost.<br /><br />You should take a look at it mate. Once signed up it explains it all easily. :D<br />

Lol, could be worse if we're being honest he's probably league 1 quality at best and has managed to get  two FA medals and a champions league, so it could be worse
