I meant I was top of that table above lol

Well I read your previous posts & you are like me...You don't really criticize CFC. You are True Fan & I am glad to know you!!!

Unselfish from Torres but I'd have loved him to score himself.

Let's be real mate. He did want to score against his old club. Look at him on this very play vs Barca. I took it in. Here he was looking for an outlet. Did he celebrate the goal? I doubt it. He is a dirty red scouser. He is tainted. Sell him!!!

To be fair they've really praised us here

Did they? Fair enough, I turned over once Mourinho said his piece, really didn't want to hear ol' sour puss Rogers.

I was hoping they would at least mention Kalas.

What a terriffic job he did!

Yeah was disapointed they didn't even show his wonder tackle

MOTD made reference to our 'time-wasting' in the second breath of that commentary. Then made a point on showing the referee holding up his watch & commenting on it yet again. Never have I seen that done before to another team.

Joke.

most commentators (and Brendan Rodgers) missed the point that we were deliberately slowing down ball by taking time for throws and kicks so that Anfield never became the whirlwind that has engulfed other teams.  Yet another brilliant Mourinho touch.

Really good match and i am happy with the way we played, went for a draw and got out with a 0-2 win, really fantastic.

It's also funnier with all their fans whining about "anti-football" and all that bullsh*t when they fail to score against a very good defense.Which is what happened to us in a lot of matches as well, but there was no "anti-football" play there.

I was just saying the same to hubby as he asked if Chelsea were playing for a draw.  I told him it was really to slow things down and take the momentum from pool.

We were always playing to win. We just had to do it Jose's way and not play the game to suit the Liverpool tune.  A great performance.  As excited as I am looking forward to Wednesday, I'm already looking forward to next season - we are going to be truly phenomenal

I am thoroughly enjoying the pool forum about the match. 45+ pages of tears and anger. It's wonderful.

Brilliant game today, No Cech, Terry, Hazard, Eto'o, Oscar, Luiz, Ramires (not sure how he'd do though..). Still kept our heads, away, and got 2 stunners. Let's hope palace or Newcastle can take a point from Liverpool and Everton can get a draw with City. Long shot, but here's hoping!

Do you contradict yourself like that often?

Willan should have gave it back to Torres. Now that would have been funny.

If you watch it again after Torres passes it he has a slight moment where he wants it back. It goes through his mind 100%

to get past Liverpool we need them to lose one of their remaining games or to draw both. likewise with City we'd need them to lose a game or draw two matches

Just got home and absolutely delirious...what a fcuking performance and to see all those scousers moaning and shouting abuse was music to my ears....just watched it back on motd and my first reaction to hearing old Brendan was I thought if anyone lacks class (given all the abuse Jose gets) it was him...ungracious, sly digs about how he wants to play football the right way and wouldn;t resort to those tactics etc...just thought what a dick...sounded like wenger...there is more than one way of playing and you better figure that out or you'll fall fast....seems to forget we beat his team playing attacking football at the bridge...here we played classic counter, a style he better get used to with champs lge next season and had no answers...the so-called pupil just got another lesson from the ultimate teacher
