Agreed, Pasalic to be fair has been key in firing Atalanta to top 6 in Serie A.

Will have him here ahead of Barkley. 

Wonder if he can get a work permit.  That’s always been the issue with him having a chance to stay.  Seems likely to make the move to Atalanta permanent.

He Scored against AC Milan today. Atalanta had the chance to sign him for £15m at the start of the season. They probably wish they had taken up on that offer!

I thought the problem has always been getting a work permit for him?

His stats are similar to Willians and we know what people think of Willian. If anyone tells me they watch atalanta regularly I will call them a liar, we also only judge players on goals and assists.

Assists might be generous. He made two passes that resulted in cracking individual efforts.

I think dkw is right, work permits were a problem.

Pasalic is a central midfielder ... so I'm not sure there is any value in comparing to Willian, other than in demonstrating Willian's poor output for a forward ... !

In the likely event of us failing to turn our tie vs Bayern around i'll be rooting for him and Atalanta.

I always get confused by the facebook comments... Pretty much always a completely different point of view to mine and prone to hysteria.

Decent little chunk of change we got for someone that realistically was never gonna play for us, good luck to him!
