How jammy were Liverpool? can't believe they are only 5 points from top 4 after the win.

Not really. Definitely deserved the win today. Second half was quite good from an entertainment point of view, quite end to end.

Because she likes football? Not sure, she's mighty attractive though. Girls who like sports automatically become 10x better looking.

LOL

Link?

Also, Joe Cole scored today[emoji4] [emoji4] [emoji4]

Link? It was on Sky Sports News that I saw it lol

not for me, very lucky to take 3 points. Stoke had several very good chances and deserved a point

Draw was probably a fair result in the Liverpool game. Liverpol 16 shots to Stoke's 13. Liverpool 3 on target, Stoke 4. Same corners. Stoke hit the post. No way did Liverpool definitely deserve the win.

Stats don't always tell the real picture though. We hit the bar (not the one we scored from either). Couple of shots missed by a fraction. Those aside it was one of those days when I really didn't think we would score. The ball seemed to take forever to come down at times, players hesitating to shoot when in very good positions, and players hesitating to shoot full stop. Tought we had far more attacking play, and that's why I think we deserved the win.

Was good to see Gerrard not being undroppable. Although I would have preferred to have seen Can starting rather than both Allen and Lucas who are both more defensively minded.

I've just come home from the pub watched the blues had a laugh with my mates. What in God's name is that surely that's just someone who's got to much time on there hands and access to the internet.

Gooners at West Brom holding up a "Wenger time to go banner"... first time I've seen that from their supporters

Was Claude from Arsenal Fan TV among these supporters? :laugh2:

I wish I could come in here with a spring in my step and act as if the title race is well and truly back on after last night but I can't, All this talk of Southampton fading away has made me think, What a huge statement game it is for them, They're already a good side but with this extra motivation I can see them coming out the traps fast, I fear a defeat, I hope a win.

Just think, If Southampton beat us, Are they genuine title contenders? Possibly, Are they genuine top 4 contenders, You bet, A victory here would give them so much confidence, Just because teams in the past like this have faded away doesn't mean a once in a blue moon team can't break the trend.

Nicely put.

I think a lot of people are really underestimating how good of a manager Koeman is, They have only conceded 1 goal at home this year, Even if they are a fluke, That's a great achievement, The other annoying factor is, They are coming off the back of their worst performance this season, Which guarantees one thing, They will put in at least a 7/10 performance today.

Honestly feel City will kick on after Bayern game, comfortable win today and a good run if form from now on, if we do our business it won't matter but City can and will only get better.

After seeing City struggle against a 10 man Bayern at home, and then gifted two goals by Bayern player's mistakes, i am confident that southampton will give them a tough game. I think people are underrating ronald de boer's managerial expertise. Southampton know that they can narrow the gap between themselves and us, so they sure as hell aren't going to roll over today, and i'd be surprised if they did tbh.

Sorry but Man City's win against Munich was nearly 100% luck.

Paper over the cracks. I expect them to struggle today.

Football is not that simple, Southampton beat Sunderland 8-0 but we could only manage a 0-0 draw with them.

Sometimes luck in a game can give you a boost.

I kept having to remind myself that bayern were playing with 10 men... didn't look like it
