December 14, 201411 yr Where would Spurs be without Eriksen? Am I right in thinking Spurs away record is better than their home record this season? Edited December 14, 201411 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
December 14, 201411 yr Sorry but you don't win 6 games in a row against the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Southampton through luck alone. The team we put out against MK-Dons wasn't even our C team let alone our B team. It was riddled with youngsters and players who have otherwise been sold or loaned out. In the last ten games both Chelsea and United have won 7, drawn 2 and lost 1. In those same games United have scored 19 and conceded 7 while Chelsea have scored 16 and conceded 5. In the last two seasons, Utd have spent £187,750,000 on players. 6 consecutive wins - well done...
December 14, 201411 yr Typical Utd fans, only start crowing on about football when they are winning. The biggest set of glory hunting sickeners the world has ever seen. They are by far the worst.

December 14, 201411 yr The Scouse are much, much worse. Definitely, but United have the worst set of glory hunting fans.
December 14, 201411 yr Leeds fans are the worst but they barely win so that's why they don't say sh*t
December 14, 201411 yr Definitely, but United have the worst set of glory hunting fans. The only good thing about last season other than Moyes being sacked is that a lot of the glory hunters left.
December 14, 201411 yr They are just lying dormant but will suddenly awaken with such 'passion' when you win something again, those lovely, loyal prawn sandwich.....arseholes

Fans like you are the main reason I hated United down the years, why are you even on here just to gloat? No one seen or heard of you when you were getting thumped 4-0 by MK dons and conceding 5 to Leicester. You wont challenge for the title, you aren't playing well enough, this is your good patch right now and you're still not playing good enough, if you think you'll come out at the end of the season winning every game like that you need your head checking. I really thought last season results would have brought most of you big headed United fans down to earth a bit. Looks like you're not so different from the Pool fans after all. I'll bet you any money you don't even touch the title come the end of the season.
December 14, 201411 yr We would be exactly the same. Maybe some of the JCL would, but for lots of Chelsea fans that never knew big success until the late 90s' winning is just a bonus & not that important.

December 14, 201411 yr It's really not! I don't support Chelsea because we've won stuff. To say winning is a 'bonus' is stupid imo. Football is a sport. It's about winning. When I go to Stamford Bridge, I want us to win. I don't think of it as a bonus. If I have some decent conversation and have a couple of drinks with another fan, that's a bonus. December 14, 201411 yr Just looking ahead at the next few fixtures over the holidays, it appears that Santa was very good to Man City and not so kind to us. We could conceivably being sat in second place before our next league game with City playing on the Saturday against lowly Palace while we face a tough fixture away to Stoke. With high flying West Ham and Spurs coming up these are certainly not gimme games while City can breeze past the likes of WBA and Burnley. And now with Utd only 8 points back, albeit with a few tough fixtures (on paper at least) if they jam those as they have been doing for the last few games who knows how the league table will look after the holidays. We need to get out of these mediocre performances such as the Sunderland, Newcastle and Hull game (despite the win) or we may well find ourselves 6 points off the top by the end of January with City making an early charge for the title, with Frank electing to remain for the rest of the season. Yes there are many games and many points to play for but our rivals are taking full advantage of our recent poor form in the league which we need to snap out of..
December 14, 201411 yr Re: Louis Van Gaal is still the Manager of Manchester United « Reply #17435 on: Today at 08:36:43 PM » Quote from: EstonianRed on Today at 07:39:31 PM Got to love united atmosphere:16x Stevie song Like I said in the post-match thread, they've been wetting themselves with glee at getting the chance to sing that. The only effect that song has is it makes the crowd who sing it sound like a pack of morons who haven't any songs to sing about their own team.
December 14, 201411 yr I'll bet you any money you don't even touch the title come the end of the season. Write us off at your own peril.......
December 14, 201411 yr Where the hell have all these United fans come from all of a sudden? "Where were you when you were sh*t?"
December 14, 201411 yr We only have ourselves to blame for drawing with United and City when they were both wobbling. Only thing we can do now is turn up at Stoke to make sure we collect the points, but it'll be a battle. I think we've been top since the first week of September, it'll be annoying to relinquish it before Christmas.
December 14, 201411 yr Write us off at your own peril....... Have high hopes with your own stupidity..... You have a very unbalanced side, if you think you are going to get more points than us at the end of the season, you're just as delusional as a scouser. We are prepared, we have been building our side for years now, you have just started building your side and after a few good wins you think you're going to win the league, you sound exactly like a scouser. December 14, 201411 yr Brendan Rodgers has said Simon Mignolet has been dropped "indefinitely". Wow. Don't sugar coat it Brenda, tell us what you really think!
December 14, 201411 yr B.J. and SkyBlue are exactly the same, I guarantee when or if city jump above us during the season SkyBlue will be back on to boast on about how good they are like he was last season and before the season started. Now he is nowhere to be seen, B.J. is exactly the same, didn't RedandWhite get banned for this sort of stuff? I find these two chaps a lot more irritating if I must say, at least RedandWhite was funny, you couldn't take him seriously sometimes.

Don't put words in my mouth, I said nothing of winning the league as though it is a certainty. I said don't write us off i.e we have a chance of winning it and it would be foolish to think we don't. It's only December for crying out loud and you're arrogant if you think you've already won the league. A lot can happen in a week of football never mind what can happen in 22 games. You've a good team and a very good manager but if you do as well in the CL as you think you will, then that is going to put more pressure on you compared to us. We could end up spending another £150M in January as well. All I'm saying is a lot can happen.
