Guess the FA doesn't want us running away with the title so soon and plummeting their TV viewing ratings.

It started off well, but has slowed down a lot.

So is there a an actual rule that says you have to be a certain distance from the goalkeeper when they try and clear the ball from their hands ? It's not like it is a goal kick or anything so why should players have to be so far away ? And it's not like Smalling was in the penalty area when attempting the block from Hart.
