November 8, 201411 yr That is the thing, it isn't fair. He f**ked up, QPR should have had a freekick themselves. Honestly it's shocking that, it's the same when a keepers off his line on a pen, if the taker scores then it should be tough sh*t
November 8, 201411 yr Can someone explain what happened? Hart was going to take a free-kick following an offside, while lining up for the kick, he hit the ball with the front foot, before his kicking foot got to it. Austin scored on the interception, but because Hart touched the ball twice, the free-kick was brought back.
November 8, 201411 yr Can someone explain what happened?Joe Hart had a fk in his own penalty boxHe decided to play it short to Mangala but fu**ed up and went to Austin who scored However, he touched the ball twice in a row whilst taking the fk before anyone else touched it so he was made to re take the fk again and disallow the goal It actually was the right call but the only controversy imo is thatit should be a fk for qpr then or qpr should have had an advantage

November 8, 201411 yr Got to give credit to Austin, 2 goals disallowed and still has composure to finish the third chance, good finish.
November 8, 201411 yr Austin has got to a get a shout for The Three Lions now. Lambert can't hit the broad side of a barn while Austin can finish and has some nice footwork. His goal against us was very cheeky and his finishes tonight have been well taken, disregarding two of them being called back.

I still think Lambert has done enough over the past 2 seasons in the top flight to warrant his selection over Austin
November 8, 201411 yr Anyone watch soccer AM this morning? tubes suggested the chicken dance and austin obliged
November 8, 201411 yr From The FA Law 13 "Free kick taken by the goalkeeper "If, after the ball is in play, the goalkeeper touches the ball again (except with his hands), before it has touched another player: an indirect free kick is awarded to the opposing team, to be taken from the place where the infringement occurred."
November 8, 201411 yr Not sure. I still think Lambert has done enough over the past 2 seasons in the top flight to warrant his selection over Austin Lambert was great at Southampton yes and not too bad in a few matches for England and he got to go to the World Cup because of that form. But if I'm a national team manager I'm basing my selections on current form rather than what they have done for me or in the PL. So for me, at this moment, I would be choosing Austin.
