It will be interesting to see how it turns out considering her and a male were in the exact same situation and received the exact same treatment..... well aside from the fact that the media turned her into some sort of victimized heroin whilst nothing was said about Fearn.

There are going for a Roman pay out as there is no way any legitimate court of law rules in their favor.

I hope her legal counsel advised her that this suit will most likely firmly place the nail in her coffin regarding working for any high profile mens sports teams in the future.  Who would take the risk in the future?

This, in a nutshell.

Career suicide at its finest.

He already made a statement, and said they could earn their way back.

Reinstating them to appease the internet outrage machine is not a great idea, and will just cause them to write articles about how its admission of guilt or something equally stupid, along with having every glance on the sidelines scrutinised. No thanks.

Chapeau

Apparently odds on her to join Arsenal have been slashed... Ermmmm

She couldn't wouldn't go to a club with the word arse in it lest it cause her offence.

I've gone off her majorly, wouldn't want her back, seems like she has an attitude on her and likes attention.   If I want to see bottoms there are plenty of outlets, Chelsea is one of my passions and a man never lets a nice arse get in the way of his passion.

The Times are saying a reconciliation is afoot. I haven't read the article but the physio might be on the bench tomorrow, as might Eva, but seeing as she hasn't been to Cobham since the incident, she may have a short period at the training ground before returning. If anyone can post the article please do.

Independent meanwhile report that the FA have received complaint from a member of the public about Jose using abusive and sexist language towards which they are obligated to investigate and if found guilty would carry a minimum 5 match ban.

Dodgy lip reading experts and a trail from the FA after a complaint from a member of the public..... Almost sounds familiar somehow?

Under rule E3, players and coaches can be penalised for using “offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures”

So that will be about 20 people penalised every game then, because they all shout and swear during games.

The role of the 'expert' lip reader made interesting reading in the other case.

No wonder Peter Reid is no longer a manager every other word started with f and ended with k ......

..... Will they get there own Stewards to monitor the language who will also tell them that persistent standing is not allowed as it blocks the view for other fans ..........

Just as well Gordon Ramsey moved from football to being a chef.

so the phrase "son of a bitch" is apparently worthy of a 5 match ban? Jesus, Fergie got out at the right time didnt he! might as well get rid of the dugouts and put a few more seats in the stadium as no managers will be allowed anywhere near, that's for sure...

Unless it's just Jose that isnt allowed to swear? But no, surely not. That would be biased....

This is a league where Faria got a stadium ban for yelling at the ref, whereas Pardew only got match bans (still allowed in the stadium) for headbutting a player.

Who was the "member of the public"? My money is on Rio or Anton.... :face_palm:

The feminazis are all over the place nowadays.. We live in a dangerous world.

It's perfectly fine for players/managers to verablly abuse refs, or opposition players/managers, but verbally abusing a woman is just unacceptable for . . . err . . . equalitys sake? Does that sound right?
