Def not RLC but Ramires, not mikel, I know we all want to see (me included) Dave,Zouma,JT,Baba, Ramires,Matic, Pedro, willian, haz, Costa, but what we will likely see is perhaps zouma start and pedro come on as a sub, he will likely not pair fab with matic again but with Mou you never know, I can't see him going wholesale change in a must win

I agree. No reason to drop Begovic, hes earned another start. Thibo can take it as a lesson learned for that silly red he got. Blah blah competition blah blah

True. I think they both have issues for different reasons. JT for being on the decline and Cahill for never being a true world class defender. Add to that Bran now on an apparent downhill slide and Dave playing on wrong wing, I guess the tipping point for the defensive unit has maybe been reached?

I wouldn't say he mopped up JT's mistakes though his specific job was to cover JT, JT goes in Garry covers, out defence has been tipping for a while, JT's tactical awareness and Matic kept it together, but Matic can't cover that right side, cesc has no tactical awareness, and now that brana is worse for ware, that right side is a soft spot, how often to we concede from our left flank..We all know (or think) Dave, Zouma, JT, Baba would be the solution but will Mou make it happen, we will have to stay tuned

Cahill problem is that Ivanovic keeps getting caught up field once he puts one of his stray/aimless crosses in, teams hit us on the break down that side.

Think in the current situation we will be going with the tried and tested mate, but I just am glad to see people putting trust in him

Reminds me of that traitor poyet, sees out a draw with us refusing to leave their half, next week gets 4 past them by city " Oh I didn't want to play that defensive again" no save it for us you w**kers, until city Mou hadn't lost against a top 4 team this time round, we lost out to the fact every team plays us like it's the world cup final and when it's city seem to not bother as much, if it wasn't for that we would have been 15 points clear...plus to be realistic Pulis knows we need a win and a statement so it makes sense that they will sit back, our defence has been the problem we played 2 teams willing to attack, as far as goals I think we have more than enough options to get a goal now, pedro brings the runs in behind, moses takes on defenders, Falcao is looking lively, we havn't even seen Remi yet, we should have no excuse for not scoring now.

I think if we get Pedro and he is in the squad with Baba our guys will step it up a notch.

This game has me concerned.
