I think Jose and many fans myself included misunderstood Costa. He's not a lazy bar steward looking for a paycheck. Rather, I think he responds to positive reinforcement, which wasn't Jose's style. When he has a manager who understands him and provides that arm around the shoulder, he's willing to give everything to not disappoint him. I think harnessing Costa's enormous ability and potential is Guus's most impressive achievement. Hopefully whoever is captain next year has caught on and will know how to motivate him next season.

My god,  2 central defenders gone in 2 games, I believe this one is more of a precaution through. Best game scenario for Baba, plenty of rooms on the wide area if he's up for it
