Jose Mourinho thread

We were a failure and an embarrassment spared  by Leicester.  Only difference is we didn't have the most expensive squad in the league with a 90m rated midfielder.

And I think it's very easy to want Mourinho to fail and Chelsea to succeed simultaneously. It only takes a split second of thought.

Where did I say people can't want him to fail at United?

Im talking about the absolute pathetic reaction to every single little thing he says and taking that bad season with us and somehow making out that supersedes all the great moments he achieved here. It makes you and others sounds spoilt as f**k!

So don't put f**king words in my mouth!

You seem pretty agitated that your boy mourinho is being attacked. I'm sure he'll get out of 6th place eventually.

How is he my boy?

You know something Ivano I quite like you when your not posting about Jose but when you do you turn into something else. I just think the obsessive nature jumping into everything he says is childish and I think our most successful manger ever needs more respect.

What I'm getting agitated at is people putting words in my mouth or accusing people of been Man U fans for sticking up for Mourinho.

Why don't you just accept that I detest the man and leave it at that. You think he deserves respect and I think he'll get respect when he shows it back which so far he hasn't. You like him and respect him, I don't. You obviously won't change your opinion and neither will I.

Not taking sides in any way at all, but it's a very small-minded form of self-opinionated bigotry to say that you can never change your opinion, regardless of any amount of persuasive argument or logical thought.

Why don't you just accept Chelsea fans in large will protect their greatest ever manager that you detest on a Chelsea forum.

Use your head for goodness sake.

Chelsea fans in large will protect the club from attacks against anyone who slanders the club. If you think the fans will side with some ex manager who sh*ts on the club any chance he gets against the club then you clearly are a fan of mourinho and not Chelsea.

You can keep supporting an ex manager who treats the Chelsea fans with disdain and I'll keep supporting Chelsea and defending the club from such people. If that's ok with you.

Don't start your crap with me.

Telling folk who they support :laugh2: get over yourself pal.

Troll and nothing more

I can see both sides to this and will no doubt have splinters in my arse from sitting on the proverbial fence.

I've been critical of Mourinho since it all went pear-shaped last season and was actually glad when he was dismissed. It was a shame and no-one wanted it to end that way but it was sadly inevitable and has proved to be the correct decision.

I do respect the views of those who still hold Jose and the memories dear but as good as those times were I have moved on and certainly don't feel the need to post pictures of the good times. For me seeing those pictures just reminds me of how far things fell away and how it all ended so terribly. Conte is our man now and we're all the better for it and as much as I still have respect for Jose, he now means nothing to me and I hope Utd win nothing.

Hey man, if you want to keep supporting a man who keeps sh*tting on Chelsea any chance he gets then by all means go ahead.

I'll keep supporting my club and defending it against attacks from all corners if that's ok with you.

Strange that some keep doggedly defending mourinho despite what's he said about the club and especially Chelsea fans. I wonder if they became fans of the club when mourinho took over and are now confused as to who to support. No wonder rival fans keep calling us plastic.

And that is the sensible approach, appreciate and respect what he did for us, understand it was definitely the right time to move on, enjoy what we have now. The pathetic and rather embarrassing way is what this Ivan and Konakai muppets are doing.

Well for one I am defending out greases ever manager and I'm trying to help you not to make yourself look a prat. As others have said other forums you'd be banned for saying the things you do about an ex manager.

lol don't worry about me bobby. If defending my club against attacks makes me look like a prat then I'll gladly be a prat.

Chill out, no one is putting words into your mouth. You said people care more about him failing than Chelsea doing well. I'm basically saying that's daft. Using your logic I could say Mourinho cares more about sh"'tting on Chelsea directly or indirectly than Utd doing well. Must explain  why they are 6th.

Our relationship with Jose was a "special one" yet it was damaged leading to his sacking and worsened now he's at Utd due to his constant subtle digs and acting as if everything about Utd (including the fans who used to openly slate him) is above Chelsea.

You can still show respect and love for a rival even though you join a rival club. Do you see Cesc putting down Arsenal at every opportunity even though they always boo him?

Jose hasn't given an inch of respect to Chelsea or the fans since becoming Utd manager. Even Utd fans I know find it quite surprising and funny given that at his lowest moment Chelsea fans were at SB chanting his name.

What's daft is jumping on every little thing he says and going overboard with it or acting like his achievements here mean nothing.

People need thicker skin if they're losing their sh*t over the few things he's said

It depends how far people are willing to go looking for these apparent digs or not respecting Chelsea remarks Mourinho keeps apparently coming out with. What makes me laugh is I have huge respect for Mourinho as a manager but also what he did for Chelsea but since he left I haven't been star struck by every word he says like his haters on this forum have. I don't care how well he does at Utd, his moved on and so have most the fans.

But the haters jump on every word or dig out everything they can try and find, even in the latest article which was put on this thread and I read the whole way through there was nothing about Chelsea in it but the haters make it all about Chelsea.

The Mourinho haters are more obsessed than the ones who respect the time he was at the club.

By the way the Fabregas comparison is rubbish. Does Fabregas get interviewed before and after every match? Nope ends that one.

Who has said or implied his achievements mean nothing??? If we want to talk about his achievements with Chelsea than can be discussed and discussed positively. However this ongoing saga has everything to do with Jose who is now a rival. If anyone is acting and hiding away from any sentiment of past glory it's him.
