Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2016/2017

City along with Spurs are definitely still in this. I'm amazed how many people seem to think we've merely got to turn up from now on and collect the points. I also fancy City will be a far stronger outfit for next season. We'll certainly have to improve our squad in the summer, even if we're the reigning champions.

agreed we only need a couple of slips and city and spurs are back breathing down our necks

They need to win every game, I've not seen anything to suggest they can achieve that tbh

It's no where near done but history tells us with our lead at this stage it's highly unlikely we will be caught. It's normal for us to be highly cautious though.

Both those teams consistently drop points though, Spurs drew at Sunderland the other week.

they need to keep winning yes, but we can not rely on them dropping points and any time we do drop points it gives them more incentive

Looking at the form they are far more likely to drop points than us plus City have CL to think about and we will be fresh. It's normal for us to worry but if it was another side in our position I'd be saying it's over already.
