Crystal ball predictions:

Chelsea (4-2-4): Begovi?; Pedro, Azpilicueta, Zouma, Alonso; Mati?, Loftus-Cheek (c); Fábregas, Costa, Hazard, Willian
Subs: Collins, Luiz, Cahill, N. Chalobah, Kanté, Moses, Batshuayi

Prediction: Chelsea 4-4 Manchester City (Loftus-Cheek, Mati?, Zouma, Pedro)

A high-scoring draw with stand-in captain Loftus-Cheek among the scorers again,, Mati? and Zouma met their first goals in crystal ball land while Pedro also chops in. Bradley Collins makes the bench, while Conte decides to revert to a 4-2-4 formation.

Come on, Blues. Let's bounce back with a big performance!

As long as we are 7 points ahead of Tottenham at the end of the night i'll be happy tonight.

So come on Chelsea and Swansea!

Playing Pedro at RWB against Citeh is madness...time to bring Zouma into the back 3 and move Dave up to RWB...maybe not as offensive as Pedro but with Sane and Sterling on the wings I know who I'd prefer facing up against those two...

If we do that we won't be able to get the ball out of our own penalty area, City will press our back three into submission with only one of the three capable of playing out.

People. Chill. We've got this, we f**k it up and still got 4 on the sh*ts from the lane (if Swansea roll over) We won't, Champions relish nights like this, WE LOVE NIGHTS LIKE THESE!!! Not nervous, Can't wait! bring on these baby blue mugs! UTB!!!!

Great analysis.

I'd like to see Ake in place of Moses. Although he's predominantly left footed, his right peg isn't exactly a swinger. He's a talented defender and isn't shy getting forward.

If we lose tonight and Spurs win, theyre on at 12.30 Saturday so by the time we kick off away to Bournemouth, we could be 1 point clear only.

I'm dreading tonight, I'm expecting a draw but praying to every God for a win.

What are you trying to say? That knob gobbling is something negative akin to my post? Come on Antonio, and all the ilk that liked it, explain your deeply homophobic comment because I would love to hear your explanation.

.....I'm homophobic. Explanation over. P.S trolls don't fair well here.

Misery loves company here's some game day stats from Auntie Beeb

  • Chelsea haven't lost back-to-back Premier League games at Stamford Bridge since November 2011, when Andre Villas-Boas' side were defeated by Arsenal and then Liverpool.    Like that one
  • The Blues have kept just two clean sheets in their last 11 league games - having recorded 10 shut-outs in the previous 12 matches.  Not so good
  • Chelsea have scored in 24 of their 25 Premier League home matches since Jose Mourinho left in 2015. The only exception in that run was the 3-0 defeat against Manchester City 12 months ago.  Good and bad
  • All five of Chelsea's league and cup defeats this season have come in London. Bad
  • Antonio Conte hasn't lost consecutive home league games as a head coach since November 2009, when his Atalanta side were beaten by Juventus and then Roma. Inspirational
  • Diego Costa's next Premier League goal will be his 50th in the competition. Hope its today's winner

Last match i jinxed us when i said i hope the date doesn't mean anything ( April 1st.

Well anyway i noticed the date of this match and thought i would try it again, here goes...

Hope the date doesn't mean anything.

5 - 4

We will win the players know Saturday wasn't good enough even though they played well now they have to go out tonight and show why they will be champions

Can't decide if it will be a 6 or 7 goal thriller or a stalemate for long periods, ending in a 1-0, I'm leaning towards goal fest their defending is pony and we have been a bit out of sorts defensively ourselves plus we both have top drawer attacking players, think we will go for it and so will they, excited but nervous, least we can expect is 100 percent from the boys.

Why do you lot keep predicting a 4-2-4 when we haven't played it (for more than 10 mins) since September?

We will be the first team to do the league double over a Pep side if we win tonight.

That's not true. Our loss to Arsenal was at the Emirates.

EDIT: It is in fact London. I'm having a mare.

This is really a big game!  I have a good feeling about it though.  We didn't cope well without Moses last weekend and Costa has been off point for the last month and a half!  This is a very very important game and we need the 3 points to kill of any hope from our competitors.  Spurs have Swansea and I see them getting the points there so yeah - big occassion today.  Since Victor Moses is likely out with an injury - we need to do a better adjustment so that our shape is solid defensively cause the city wide players are really good.  Maybe its Time we play 4-3-3 Instead??  The two line ups I prefer are the following:

                Tibo

Azpi      Luiz   Cahill   Alonso

      Kante            Matic

               Cesc

Willian        Pedro     Hazard

This would be very good on the counter but solid defensively.  Would go with false 9 on Pedro cause he is fast and good on the counter unlike Diego.  Second option is:

                  Tibo

      Ake        Luiz         Cahill

 Azpi         Kante    Matic       Alonso

    Willian        Pedro     Hazard

The second one is good offensively but defensively can be a problem cause i fear the width and pace that's going to come from Sane!

I think Costa needs to improve his current form.  I love Diego but he's been disappointing lately and for this game I would go with a false 9 for the counter.

Massive game tonight. After the defeat against Palace this game is even more important. Our cushion has gone with matches coming up against Everton, CITEH and Man Ut. We will have to be at our best to beat CITEH tonight. I hope we don't have any hangovers from that defeat against Palace. Squeeky bottom night. Let's hope we can win. COME ON YOU BLUES !!!
