Usually a draw would be a good result, but I reckon we should win this game. If Arsenal wins tomorrow, just about write off United's top 4 chances. Their priority will be the Europa league, won't be surprised at all if Jose rest a few players for Sunday and blame it on the enemies of football and Conte's defensive tactics. Even If they play a full strength team, we should beat them, for god sake they are starting with  Fellani. We win this game, I expect Spurs to fold in their remaining 5 games.

Expecting our toughest game of the season due to varying factors.

Jose will not accept another defeat to us this season, with no wins against us he simply MUST win this game for his ego and for the support. That alone makes them a dangerous animal.

We are the better team but with the pressure now of potential champions, playing at old Trafford and a wounded Jose it makes it a high pressure game.

My main worry is Ibra as he's arguably one of the best strikers in the league with his goal record. He doesn't seem to be winding down any so cross balls and set plays will be huge for us, if we can keep him quiet we have a good chance of getting something.

A draw would be a decent result really given this is our toughest game on paper but as the Palace game showed that counts for nothing. A Win is what we all crave and we do have the players to achieve it.

Can't call this one really, I wouldn't be shocked with any result.

I'd rather we start with Willian Diego and Pedro.  These guys will obviously and unfortunately target Hazard and being at OT, i doubt the ref will do enough to protect him.  he may actually end up getting an injury to rule hime out for another 2 weeks!. Willian is a more physical player and will stand toe to toe with these guys.  Then maybe at 70 mins deploy Eden and these tired guys will by no means touch him at that stage!

Come on Chelsea....  3-1 I see!!!

First time we played Utd they tried to play football and we murdered them.

Second time we played Utd they tried to injure our players that got them down to 10 men and cost them the game.

I fully expect Mourinho to put every player they have behind the ball and play for the draw. Try and nick something on the counter attack if they can.

0-0 draw followed by Utd fans claiming Jose is the lord and savior.

If Utd manage to get any kind of result, sadly I suspect their will be a few Chelsea fans doing the same.

Let's just hope we give them another lesson in football and Eden comes through with both his legs intact.

will go with the untouchables with matic over fab and willian over pedro..

Willian plays bcoz i expect a physical game and he is better equipped to handle that compared to pedro, so is matic over fab. Also starting willian bcoz i think set pieces will be crucial in this game bcoz i expect a closed game with jose parking the bus.

Utd now have a chance to push for top 4 after Arsenal decided their summer holiday starts in April.

While I cant see Utd getting top 4 at all, if Jose see it the same, there'll be a slightly weakened Utd side out on Sunday than on Thursday where I suspect they'll go full strength and go all in for the EL and hope to get to the CL via that route.

Theres also the fact that if Jose plays some of the bench players against us, he'll go hyper negative and park the bus, they wont want to lose, full stop.

But was that the plan or did we destroy their defensive plan with Pedro scoring in seconds? Because Pedro scored so early it forced them to change their approach.

Of course United got the quality to trouble us, but given the recent record and circumstances I think we will walk away with a point at least. When was the last time they beat a proper team at home? They played some nice football at times, but rarely consistent throughout the games. I really think the unbeaten runs are getting into Jose and players' head, they are playing safe rather than going for the win. We struggled most against good pressing team, United don't have that kind of players to press for long periods of the game. Once we are able to play out from the back, we are far more dangerous. They can't play like Palace and betting on luck, there will be room for Hazard/Pedro to exploit. There's also the small matter of Hazard is in great form.  The so called grudge match for Jose is just promo, he know what's coming and his priorities

Why do you want Willian to play for set pieces? His more use being off the pitch than going anywhere near any corners or free kicks.

Zlatan seems to be scoring quite a bit though and we can't seem to keep them out, so I can see them scoring.  They also have a very strong midfield, so i think we might need to reinforce this position for this game.

Kante + Matic + Fab?

At least he will play 90mins on Thursday because Mourinho never subs him so hopefully the old boy is feeling abit tired.

I think Mourinho will play 3 in midfield to go against Chelsea's 2 and specially Matic who I still think is a weak link if you press him enough. If he had any sense he would play Carrick but he won't and will keep Fellani which will be great news.

Feeling very nervous about this match.

No doubt we have the quality to beat them comfortably, but with the stakes so high and with Jose most likely eager to avoid another defeat against us I can't say I'm overly confident about getting three points.

Expecting a draw, but hoping for a win that silences any notion that Tottenham can win the title.

Our remaining away games will all offer chances at a premium, which is where Costa will either win it for us or lose it for us. Sadly of late he is pushing towards the later.

United are the draw specialist, especially at home, so hard to predict much else other than a draw really. However this one may be decided simply between who plays better, Zlatan or Costa.

Personally think Jose will want to get a win as they've had so many draws this season (11 wins, 10 draws) and at this point in the season, they desperately need 3 points. Also, they're at home. If that makes any difference. And he'd want to have it on record that he beat Conte this season, knowing how massive his ego is (which isn't a bad thing tbf, it's one of the reasons he was a great manager). But I think we can beat them rather comfortably. With our recent errors in defense they're probably going to score so I'd say 2-1 with Zlatan getting one for them.

I do think everyone's ignoring the fact that Hazard is playing in this game though. Forget about Costa for a minute. Hazard almost always turns up against United and at the moment, he's on really good form. I bet he gets a goal and/or an assist on Sunday. I personally think he'll be the one to decide the match.

It's funny how despite our stellar record against United over the past 18 years or so, I always feel nervous playing against them. They've only beat us twice since 2002 and one of those, they needed a ref job to knock us down to 9 men and score an offside winner. But I somehow always feel nervous playing against them. Even when Moyes and LVG managed them. Funny.

2-1 Chelsea. (Hazard, Kante  | Zlatan)
