I remember when liverpool were threatening to win the league and there was constant reports about their great reception for the team arrive etc and then snuck away was a story about sh*t being thrown at the oppo bus. It's not exactly uncommon.

April 4, 20188 yr Before the bus incident I was thinking my ideal scenario for this tie was Liverpool to expose the myth that City are best pl team ever and then lose in the semis...the w**kers that are Liverpool fans made me think twice, but as things stand, this could be what I will have to hope for

I think someone in their team slipped that day and we won 2-0 after all that.
April 4, 20188 yr pretty awesome OG in the other game, tucked it in the corner from the edge of his own penalty area - any striker would have been happy with that
April 4, 20188 yr Leave off they ain’t that bad They look exactly how we look when pressed deer in headlights
April 4, 20188 yr City will come back to get the 3-3, believe! #istanbin Edited April 4, 20188 yr by sonic90

Isn't it funny how the ones that go on the most about having class are the ones that actually lack it?
April 4, 20188 yr if Liverpool could perform like this consistently next season, they'd be right in contention for the title - watching them sadly shows how far we're falling behind
April 4, 20188 yr BT are making out that City have gained control of the game, but i just think Liverpool have been instructed to sit off a bit and use their energy on protecting what they have. City aren't exactly hurting Liverpool at the moment.

April 4, 20188 yr what's impressed me about Liverpool tonight is that they have defended aggressively from the front right throughout the team and in every part of the pitch - they've made it so hard for City. I wonder how this would work against Barca/Real or Bayern?

Makes it even more embarrassing how we played against them.

They have Messi though, that makes all the difference.
April 4, 20188 yr I think Juve would have been a team Liverpool would have struggled against as they like teams that come at them.
April 4, 20188 yr I despise Liverpool but you can't help but be impressed by what they have done here. I can't imagine they'll be scared of playing anyone, especially at home.
