Hazard has had a great tournament - hoping he stays at Chelsea and consistently gives us this level of performance all season.

RLC replaced by Ali. Still don’t see it with RLC.

Phil Jones made a fool of himself again. How he got in ahead of Cahill today is a mystery. Look how deep Jones was, he kept Hazard onside because he wasn't in line with the other England defenders.

There was a rumour Cahill may retire from international football after the WC, if that's the case it's pretty cold that Southgate didn't at least give him a sending off in what is a meaningless game.

I think it's a bit of media madness just because he's a young English player. There are plenty of more consistent young defenders.

It's funny, Stones get's praised for his ability on the ball, but Terry was twice the player he was at it and never got praised for it. Standards have slipped, nobody would have been praising Stones 10 years ago.

Have to agree. It was always fairly obvious to me and probably most Chelsea supporters how good JT was on the ball and his range of passing with either foot and his decision making. Supporters of other teams never seem to see it but I think they were blinded by the hate.

Someone posted clips from a Villa forum recently and their impression of JT. A number said that they were surprised by his passing. Wtf have they been watching this past 15 years.

Chelsea had the two best players at World Cup in Kanté and Hazard ... really frustrating that we are not in the champions league next year

don't forget about some of the other players that Chelsea used have. IMHO De Bruyne, Diego Costa & Lukaku have been pretty good as well. I admit that I really feel that Chelsea will regret breaking up this trio
