if we play poorly and lose or draw, i don't think i could bear to watch the rest of our premier league games. i would be done with this season.

Pedro lol

After careful consideration perhaps Willian should start lol

                            Courtois
           Azpi - Rudiger - Cahill - Emerson
Kante (Ampadu) - Fabregas - Drinkwater
 Willian (Pedro) - Giroud - Hudson-Odoi (Hazard)

4-3-3 please Conte.

Palace have so many injuries but so did Watford and look what they did. I would play a back 4 and have Fabregas behind the front man, no point in having 7 defensive outfield players at home, just go for it and give the fans something to cheer.

I'd love to see us go back to a back 4. Bored of this back 3 business now, certainly aren't keeping too many clean sheets.

Must admit I'm bored to tears of the back 3 too - it's a good tactic would just like to see some flexibility from Conte. Perhaps more likely we'll probably see;

                             Courtois
                    Azpi - Cahill - Rudiger
Zappacosta - Kante/Fabregas - Drinkwater - Emerson
                 Willian - Giroud - Hazard

OMG. Just seen Matic score a screamer for Man u against palace.f**k MY LIFE

it was crazy, feel bad for palace tho, went from potentially winning 3 points---------then 1-------then nothing lol

4-3-3 back in the 04/05 season worked unbelievably well with makele behind 2 other midfielders making a traingle of midfielders in the centre, would love for it to work again however i wouldnt say alonso is a good enough left back he is definitely more attacking less defending, kante could definitely play the makele role with perhaps barkley and fab in front of him(slim pickings) and with willian and hazard either wing perhaps swapping from time to time like duff robben cole used to and morata or giroud up top?

watch em have all their players back against us. i bet zaha is fit. misses spurs and utd, fit for us. just the way the season is going lol

That's how he is. Seems to always miss a few, see us on the fixture list and put in a 10/10

i have read he may not be ready as he's still only doing specific training. it would benefit us if he doesn't play, but crystal palace can be spoilers in a london derby.

I think Zaha is going to be back for this, taking a peek on o at a couple of their forums and one thinks he is back in training.

So most likely Zaha, Townsend and Benteke up against our back three.

So it will be back to the bare knuckle ride again............

With the injuries Palace have we must win this one. They have Wickham, Sako, Dann, Zaha and a few others out. We need to start making up ground on Tottenham.

Got to be realistic here. If Palace turn up how they have been turning up against us lately, it's going to be a tough game. Seriously, this has 1-3 written all over it

No it doesn't.

Stats don't lie. We've lost our last two games against them. Haven't beaten them at home in our last two meetings, add that we are playing below our best and they at the minute match up well against us. Would you really be confident of a W. On paper it's a win, but in reality it's s hell of a lot closer than people want to admit. If Palace score first and we have to chase the game, who knows what the hell could happen.

We've been useless against Palace of late and I certainly don't fancy our chances with our negative manager. The only positive if we lose it might force the board into making a decision on the selfish one.

Regardless, a home game vs Palace doesn't have a 3-1 away win written all over it for the bottom clubs let alone us.

Maybe it doesn't. But with Chelsea's current form and how well Palace matchup against them of late, no W is guaranteed. Just been one of those seasons.

The way Chelsea have defended against Watford, West Brom, Bournemouth and Brighton, we know Palace will get chances. I know someone will say well we kept a clean sheet but watch the West Brom and Brighton games again and they missed some very good chances.
