Looks to me like the wheels have come off Frank's Derby bandwagon.

Let's hope he finds the answer soon as one day it would be great to have him back in the hot seat at SB.

From what I've seen, if Redmond had a bit more consistent quality in final final ball and finishing he'd be a great squad player. He's got pace and he clearly love to be direct.
