I take your Qatar and raise you a UAE. MbZ (the UAE president) is currently in the US for first state visit - with a whole bunch of goodness in the geopolitical arena.

Wish we could somehow demote Rory Jennings from these big media outlets as if he was speaking for all Chelsea fans.

Haven't seen a bigger d**khead in my life.

Never agreed with a statement more in my life. How that bloke has waffled his way into mainstream football media is beyond comprehension.

I have no idea of his level of education, but he tries to cover up his truely awful football opinions by using big words or trying to seem well spoken. Hes a vulture that only thrives on Chelsea being a circus, hence why he has been so popular recently. If we win, theres hardly every a mention of it, yet he churns out youtube videos and podcast appearances when things are going wrong.

At least he is written into the history books of bad football takes when he said the idea that Haaland would win the golden boot in his first year with city was "disrespectful to the establishment". Im still yet to figure out what the establishment is but we all know what Haaland went on to do.

Hes an absolute cretin, and a complete blagger. Hate having anything associating him with our club.

This f**kwit had the nerve to say "These wins don't feel as good as it looks.", and when a RIVAL fan replies to him "You don't win these games last season" his response is "That's possible."

This is what I mean about him being so far and away of what genuine Chelsea fans are saying & feeling. Awful, awful representative for our football club and we should all be voicing our opinion on him in every way possible.

He’s a f**king d**khead, I have no idea how this twat has become the sports media fan representative for Chelsea.
He flip flops more than a back street in Manila!!

Antonia de Sancha at 51, the mistress who helped bring down David Mellor | Daily Mail Online

Fair point made though Sconnie

Max Clifford admitted he made that story up because he hated Mellor. Having people believe you've shagged that woman isn't a particularly  negative thing is it ?

Despite the Chelsea kit part of it !

I saw some dope with a Mellor 69 on the back of his Chelsea shirt soon after.

Max went to prison can't recall what for, might have been a sex scandal thing, which is a bit ironic if it was.

Think he's Brown Bread now .

He's a prick,  more interested in Arsenal these days , posting videos about how great Arsenal are, what they need to do to win the title etc etc. Got himself in a right old state when Declan got sent off .

With a bit of luck he'll f**k off over to that lot.

I never miss the chance to slag the f**ker off on his channel.

So, from Planet Football in Private Eye.

We have 11 directors on the board of Chelsea FC

The same team forms the board of Chelsea Holdings which own the club. Chelsea Holdings are owned by

BlueCo 22 Midco. This board has 6 investors with the right to remove or appoint club directors.

Next up the ownership chain and the ultimate UK parent Company is.. 22 Holdco , same 6 man board who can appoint etc etc.

2 on Boehly side

3 on Clearlake

And it seems Wyss has deciding vote, usually for Boehly.

So stalemate.

Anyone still awake ?

At the end of the day the directors are appointed by the shareholders . That means the entity / individual that holds the most shares has the votes to confirm or dismiss directors even if the voted out director hold a decent % of shares

From everything I read even if the other shareholders formed a concert party they simply can’t outvote Clearlake so the power is theirs and whilst not having read in depth the Articles of Association it seems from my even cursory glance the majority shareholder has the power to appoint other directors

Hasn't stopped them from giving city a slap on the wrist for almost everything

Company structures can be extremely complicated and when you do a deep  dive into ours there is a few more companies higher up the structure.
When you think about the structure that RA had put in place he actually was the owner but he actually wasn’t a director of any of the companies in the heiracy that we knew about .

From what little is in the public domain there are three airlines in contention to be front of shirt: Qatar Airlines , Riyadh Airways and Turkish Airlines.

Again from what I have seen it will be a bigger deal than hitherto and its possible it will be close to the £58+ million deal that PSG have with Qatar although I suspect that there might be something on else in the package other than just front of shirt such as a stand or even potentially the training ground but that’s just me thinking outside the box as to how they, BlueCo can satisfy fair value.

I know that I am in a minority when it comes to how BlueCo are being viewed but there is absolutely no doubt that they slowly but surely are generating more commercial income through increased “ Global Partnerships “ . Of course the absence front of shirt logo is a major issue but  as seems to be the case the commercial team were reset following last seasons late surge  improved the exposure that would be on offer.

It’s the only thing that’s universally agreed upon by everyone on here 😂😂

He’s a twat!!!

I dont get why s many are furious over a delay for a sponsor, it was plainly obvious they were going for the best value possible, and I would expect there will be incentives around CL inclusion etc. A delay to get the best is not something to deride.

I guarantee theres at least one try on hard on here who will say they like him 😅

We'd have to go back to 19/20 to find as many points in the corresponding away fixtures that we picked up this season.

Whenever I think about Rory Jennings my mind always goes back to him being on Eastenders and getting physically dominated by Ian Beale of all people.

He's so stuck on hating the owners that he can't enjoy a few wins. I share his anger for how the likes of Chalobah has been treated and how much of a circus things have been under the ownership, but that won't stop me enjoying Chelsea winning games of football. It's fine to bring attention to these issues, but you come across like a negative d**khead when your focus is on that rather than 3 wins on the bounce.

I feel like Rory is the type of guy that will be looking forward to our next draw or loss just to go on social media or Youtube and say "I told you so"

Don't know if it was against Wolves or West Ham but when Palmer scored he genuinely looked gutted.
