Not sure if you're giving Pool too much credit or dismissing Bayern entirely. Surely they have as much as chance as any to eliminate the scousers. Even though Nagelsmann is still a bit raw, he's plenty of experience (and sadly lost to Pool with Leipzig).

We created nothing in both games. Ah so they implemented the plan better than we did then. Sounds right, they have been doing it for many years.

Dismissing Bayern because they will play Pool. Klopp has them running brilliantly at the moment. Bayern are too weak defensively to deal with them.

I dislike typing this as a Chelsea fan and disliking pool more than any other side however imo Klopp is a top, top manager and has built an exceptional side. At the mo they are the best around imo.

April 6, 20224 yr Frank's Everton about to face Burnley in a crucial relegation match. Hope he can get a result there to give him a breather.
April 6, 20224 yr Athletico under Simeone are possibly the most horrible, turgid team I have ever witnessed in the CL. The team mirror the coach - bunch of cheats using every underhand tactic in the book. Simeone often gets linked with big PL jobs but I couldn't see anyone taking him. The thought of watching that sh*te week in week out - think I would honestly stop following football.
April 7, 20224 yr Why I said Bayern have no hope and Pool are in the final already. Not good enough to even hold Villareal.
April 7, 20224 yr What’s going on with Bayern? They were my only hope of knocking Liverpool out but they look awful under Nagglesman. And as for Everton, they are in big trouble. A draw would have been good enough but they’ve blown it wide open now. Burnley one point behind with same number of games. Everton have a tough run in as well

Thought for a moment you said Big Frank and was thinking has he morphed into Big Sam? I watched the first half hour and Everton have problems, Gordon looks decent yet too many others look ordinary or poor. If they can win their home matches they have a chance yet it hard to see them not conceding.

Despite Bayern position in the German league it is pretty clear Liverpool hit the jackpot with the 3 weakest teams left in the CL on their side of the draw, though if we keep playing as we are we may make a case to replace Villareal in that argument...

Buuut help is coming his way as Everton face United tomorrow, so they're quite likely to at least get a draw. 😅

Urgh…Liverpool in the CL final. Doesn’t bear thinking about. My only hope is that Carlo can do something with Real
