April 3, 20224 yr Who's the worst defender, Maguire or Keane? Both are comical and I feel sorry for Frank. Iwobi's mistake, but Keane just put a horrible pass for him after trying to be too clever with possession while Richarlison was free asking for the ball on the left. Edit: now Keane gets sent off... Good luck, Frank! Edited April 3, 20224 yr by Brigadeiro Mk II

Was this posted before his red card (my stream is delayed maybe) he’s very unlucky lampard
April 3, 20224 yr Yeah, posted right after after they conceded the 2nd, 5 minutes later he gets sent off.
April 3, 20224 yr Hate to say it but they should sack Lamps now and get a relegation survival specialist in, their advantage is diasappearing week by week and is quite small now.

April 3, 20224 yr 2-2 with 2 minutes to go in a ridiculous 7 minutes extra time. 30 more mins and maybe penalties now.

Franks teams still can't defend and will take rash red cards. I am not seeing any progress in his managing from the time he was with us. He discarded Rudiger who is probably Premier Leagues top 5 centerback these days. Nothing to do with the quality of the player. I still feel Frank thinks his players are as intelligent and learn as quick as him. I think that is a major blind spot of his.
April 3, 20224 yr Seeing us make Newcastle look good, now watching Tottenham spank them is a bit surreal.

We have a habit of making average to poor teams look immense. Until we break that habit we won't win the league again.
April 3, 20224 yr Arsenal 5 points behind (2 if they win) Tottenham 5 points (we have a game in hand) Dragged ourselves into a top 4 battle.

So long as we can win 2 more domestic cup games, 1 of the next 2 in Europe with the other a draw, repeat that for a semi final and then win the final I don't give a stuff if we lose the remaining league games.
April 3, 20224 yr I reckon Frank will keep Everton up though until penultimate match, no doubt he is struggling just now. I also think Leeds will stay up though may go down to the last match.

April 4, 20224 yr Just caught up on the Everton highlights. My word, it’s like watching Chelsea again under Frank. Chaotic defending, mistakes…just seems a common pattern unfortunately. Alonso said recently that when Tuchel came in, their went up a notch and it was elite. I thought Frank would be an excellent manager but I think if he fails with Everton, he may not get too many chances, especially in the PL.
