They're currently in Villa/Sunderland of 6-7 years ago territory now where as they're just sticking sticky plasters on until the inevitable happens, would have probably been better for them long term If they took their medicine and had a fun championship season with a more modern manager, ironically a bit like what Burnley are doing.

I see your angle with a project but with their stadium development, they’d be risking a lot, added to the fact the ownership situation is seemingly a mess that needs time to sort. Bringing in Biesla just wouldn’t work, as almost the entire squad would need replacing and that takes dedication to the cause which they have no structure to support.

Just disgraceful from the VAR. They did review it and decided a studs up challenge into the Achilles is only a yellow.

How Fabinho didn't get a red card for that is unbelievable. They've given him the credit of the doubt that it was unintentional when few others would get that benefit.

Even Fabinho thought he was getting a red.. then straight away they get away with another dangerous tackle.

All things considered, I think justice has been done there. Brilliant winner too.
