He is a better prospect that Fofana and Badiashile in my opinion, and already better than both.

Have a sneaky feeling he will gone in the summer just like Guehi. We have 5CBs already, have no European football so it just one game a week. He isn’t rightfully going to hang around been 4th or 6th choice. Best option is to convince him Silva & Koulibaly will be gone next summer, extend his contract and loan him back to Brighton. I would also be loaning out Chalobah to a PL team where he will play constantly as we only need 4 CBs.

Colwill can replace Koulibaly 

Gusto is already coming so why would we need a new defender? 

i would sell Mendy, Gallagher, RLC, Pulisic, Kovacic (because he doesn't want to be here it seems), Aubameyang 

and maybe Ziyech (i would like him to get a chance with Pochettino)

then get a DM and a striker and we're good to go

Not suggesting Pochettino is going to be all powerful but I would expect him to have a thing or two to say about this. He will want to work with Chelsea’s best young talent. Silva will be gone next year.

Better not. If we are set on a back 4 then we should have these options and not spend a penny:

 

Colwill with Badiashile as competition.

Silva with Fofana as competition.

James with Gusto as competition 

Chilwel with Cucurella as competition 

 

New CDM with Chalobah as competiton

 

Maatsen loaned unless Cucurella or Chilwell are sold. All other defenders, released I.e. Dave, or sold, I.e. Koulibaly.
