We've been blocked at every stage by councils, first with the Battersea stadium, then with the Stamford Bridge redevelopment, latest was Earls Court.

When we did briefly get planning permission for the Stamford Bridge expansion (before it was blocked by the council because of bats) it was on condition that we redevelop the area around it and that we upgrade the underground station, ourselves, stuff United are getting done for them and will massively benefit from.

 

    Rarely support a team other than Chelsea or Rangers but tonight hoping for a big win for Villa. After 5 minutes 2-0 up against Celtic. Here's hoping for more.

    Was hoping Villa would finish outside the top 8 in the CL so they have two extra games. Doesn’t look like happening now unfortunately 

    Does anyone else watch non Chelsea matches and think even teams like Club Brugge move the ball around the pitch faster than Chelsea do?

    Zappacosta scores for Atalanta while standing in a marginally offside position, but the ball was played by Garcia (Barca's centre-back) winning the ball off Retegui. Disallowed by VAR - unfortunate.

    Yeah we need City to go through, to help stop Arsenal winning it and to help prem get 5 Clge spots next season.

    Rather than play a deep line and keep things tight, he chose to play a high line. Ridiculous

    Guardiola ain't right in the head. Why is he screaming for an offside flag? It wasn't offside for a start, and if it was, VAR would have sorted it out anyway. Bloke is a weirdo.
