Been re-watching clips of the past few seasons, and dear god, his decision making is even worse than I remember. You can’t coach that, that’s down to football IQ, you literally can’t teach it; when the pressures on and you’re making split second decisions, it comes down to natural ability. Aside from the odd ‘freak’ worldie he’s managed to score out of luck, his shooting is actually atrocious; like.. scary bad. Doesn’t scan the pitch, look down and run at people / hope for the best, fullback disguised as a winger.

Well done United, we f**ked you over with Mount. It’s karma. Fair play.

All the way to Birmingham for a photo shoot.

It's happening. There is too much bad blood between United and Garnacho now. He wants to leave and they want him gone.

But, but, but that doesn't mean he has to come here does it???!!!

Napoli or Fernebache or somewhere would be much more suitable for him. right?

I still don't understand why we are looking at this guy, who is mediocre at best, and the only logical explanation I have is that his agent is a guy with enough clout to mess up some future deals and we are doing him a favour, a la Felix and Mendes last summer. Beyond that, I having a hard time comprehending why are we looking at Garnacho and Simmons, both of which seem to have character issues as soon as they are benched for 2 games and start screaming for transfers.

For the money quoted we'll splash to get these 2, just buy Rodrygo and our squad is ready to go.

Rodrygo is on massive wages. Garnacho is cheap with heavy upside

His national future captain is here

Well, in January, he asked to be Napoli’s highest paid player (Lukaku is on around 150k pw), they laughed it away, then proceeded to win the league title.

That was when there was 2 out of 4,400 football clubs interested in him, there is now 1 out of 4,400 football clubs interested in him.

LeaderS sports management is such a tinpot agency, the only notable client is literally Garnacho himself, all the budget just goes to paying Fabrizio Romano to hype up their boy on twitter. Shameless, 2nd worst agency only beaten by Harry Kane’s brother operation.

Is Garnacho good enough to make the Argentinian team? i mean he has made 8 appearance with zero goals for the national team. Really doesn't mean WE have to take him. IF Garnacho was any good United would never let him go.

United paid £420,000 quid for Garnacho. What do they want for him now? Is he cheap - like 600k quid? Anything more than that would be a waste of money. Heavy upside? I am not seeing that. Not seeing that at all. Let the troublemaker Garnacho go somewhere else (best place for him).

You'd certainly think that the complete lack of interest in Garnacho even at a knock down price would have even our lot of opportunistic chancers running a mile from buying him to "flip for profit" ! And let's face it, the flip factor has to be the only reason we are interested, as it certainly can't be anything to do with his footballing ability !

Multiple outlets including Fabrizio Romano have stated he has multiple offers but his heart is set at Chelsea. He has enough to bash him with, but let's not make it up as it goes.

This isn't the evidence you think it is. Romano isn't a credible source of such things as he is merely a publisher for agents.

Garnacho is dead set on Chelsea, he doesn't fit Amorim's style and he's already called up to the Argentinian NT before.

An under 21yr old winger who's fast and willing to go up and down the length of the pitch has heavy upside, sorts out decisionmaking + finishing and you have a very good winger.

Do I like the signing? No but I do see the positives in this. If we buy him and he performs, good. If not, we'll sell him for 50M.

Leaving Man Utd could be Alejandro Garnacho. CaughtOffside states the Red Devils are ready to drop their asking price to around £50 million ($66.4 million), with Chelsea leading Tottenham Hotspur in the race for his signature.

pmsl anything over 30M at this point is robbery, Utd are in absolutely no position to set an asking price they can only accept offers on the table.

Hmm not really. Garnacho fit Chelsea strategy.

United is eager to sell him so we can get him for a good deal. He is young with very good upside. He is on reasonable salary.

Utd are struggling to sell him, why would we think that we'll be better at selling him? It smells of another Felix. They think that they're the most clever in the game while they're being taken to the cleaners.

The player is fine. Probably has attitude problem but the quality is there. It comes down to his fee.

@RMH Just ignore the whole Felix situation because none of it is real. It is just some financial game between our board n mendes

Could very well may be some similar situation here with Garnacho's reps. Whatever it may be, this transfer, along with Simmons' for that matter, are pointless and we are only buying them just for the idea of spending. We don't need 2 overhyped attacking players which we will try to shift again in one year.

The spurious 2nd club thrown in to make it seem like we’re in a race 😅 you gotta love it. Nothing in those Spurs links, unfortunately. We are in a race with nobody. Try harder LeaderS sport management, yes I’m talking to you [marketing coordinator] who may have found this through keyword search efforts. Pathetic tinpot agency. Embarrassing.

I think both player are fine and shifting them after one year is fine. It comes down to their fee and salary demand.

As I said we need to look at this club as less of a football club, more like a financial institution.
