Neto, Palmer, Gittens, Willian, and potentially Pedro and Nkuku if he stays, all competing for those forward places. No place for him.

Things were getting a little too harmonious in the dressing room after the Club World Cup. Insert the most egotistical twat in football, without the talent to back it up to befoul the dressing room, and you’ve got plenty of drama.

Just wonder which one he’ll tick off first:

  • Players around him falling to the floor, or throwing their hands up in despair at him

  • Leak a lineup

  • Like instagram posts calling for the managers head

  • Players coming out with cryptic comments relating to attitude

  • Throw toys out the pram and kick up a fuss after being subbed off

  • Get his brother to post sh*t on social media about the club

  • Training ground bust up

Finished your list off

One of the sports journalists on talkcrap claims it Winstanley who’s got the eye for him and keeps pushing for his signing.

It’s always these two clowns!!

and the fact that his agent has greased the palms of Romano to keep plugging him.

Directors setting themselves up to beautifully piss off the entire fanbase.

Say you can’t buy Simons until the club sells players, yet go ahead and buy Garnacho anyway.

Isnt Garnacho homegrown? I would think George leaving would free up Garnacho coming in. Nkunku or Jackson leaving would mean Xavi Simons coming?

Ah cheers. Didn’t know that.

Garnacho born 1/7/2004 and George born 4/2/2006 wouldn’t appear on the PL 25 man squad. Both were born after 1/1/ 2004 meaning they are under 21 players.

Where it becomes an issue is on the UEFa list where George can appear on the B list ( under 21) and meets the requirement to have played at Chelsea for 2 years after his 15th birthday . Garnacho wouldn’t so would occupy a slot on the A list

If they sell George to get this entitled twat in I would be absolutely furious 😡 f**k these clowns!!!

Effectively Tyrique is under contract till 30/6 /2028 so at this time the contract isn’t the issue but if , as seems to be the case, he wants more minutes then the club will have to make a decision. Hopefully the options will include a loan.

Not all but most of those youngsters we lost made the decision because they wanted more games but unlike George they were nearing the end of their contracts.

I loan at a PL or championship team pushing for promotion would suit him perfectly.

All of the above are very valid points re the unsuitability of Garnacho. However that is in a man utd struggling scenario.

Now with the mighty Chels you must either fit in contribute/deliver or sit on the bench/ship out.

Not our problem .

We are the world champions not some bygone heros, step up Garnacho.😎

Alejandro Garnacho has been heavily linked with a move to big spending Chelsea, with some reports suggesting he has already agreed personal terms with the Club World Cup champions.

The Manchester United winger, 21, has accumulated plenty of experience since his debut in April 2022 and he has already made 144 senior appearances. He undoubtedly works hard off the ball and no United player won possession in the final third more often last term.

But the Argentina international has often been accused of being wasteful in front of goal.

Garnacho has scored 27 times in his career to date – a goal every 5.3 games – and he’s reached double figures in all competitions in each of the past two seasons. He found the net six times in 36 Premier League appearances, which doesn’t appear a bad return in a struggling United side.

But Garnacho attempted 84 league shots in 2024-25 and of forward players to take more than 50 his conversion rate of 7.1% was the fourth worst. His expected goals per shot was also fifth lowest, suggesting that when he does pull the trigger it’s often from an unlikely scoring position.

However, the most eye-catching statistic is his propensity to waste genuine goalscoring opportunities. He scored just two of the 16 big chances he was presented with last season and only Southampton’s Cameron Archer fared worse, converting just one of 11.

One for the "data-driven" lot.

Palmer reached the status where he will vent frustrations, as he did when Jackson failed to square it in the Club World Cup. Just imagine the compilation of reactions we’ll have after a season with Garnacho, I’m already stressed and it’s not even happened yet. Those match day threads are gonna be fun 🤦‍♂️🙄

Not bad for 4th most wasteful in the prem though, fully expected him to be 1st off the eye-test alone.

Unless Gittens becomes seriously injury prone, I can't see Garnacho getting game time ahead of him when Gittens is genuinely everything Maresca wants in a winger.

There is virtually nothing special about Garnacho on the eye test alone barring the fact he takes over Noni's habit of taking a lot of shots. Look a little deeper on his metrics, the only thing he performs well in is "progressive carries". Very well actually. So Winstanley must like wingers who have tunnel vision and just dribble to the goal line.

It’s bizarre really, if he was under Jorge Mendes, at least it would make sense as he’s a master salesman, and good at politicking within the game; somehow convinces naive clubs to make moves with his trash. Garnacho however, is represented by a lowly tinpot organisation with only him as the major client. They must be looking at some fugazi marketing metrics instead of football ones, despite the fact they’ll stem from negative press anyway. United fans made him a c-list celebrity of sorts I guess through unearned hype, their fan base is big enough to set that stage I guess. The shaven eyebrows and lip fillers seem to do it for them.

What an absolute sh*tshow.

Sky restating that Garnacho is out of Amorims plans, whilst we are trying for less than their transfer valuation of 50 million.

Im thinking the big fellas of yesteryear are gonna have to compromise.😎

Straight down the wing with the ball. . . TOUCHDOWN!!!

He would be a good backup player to eventually flip, but I seriously doubt he will get many minutes here. Maybe he will surprise us all, because he is much better than the last season at United shows.

A loan similar to Sancho would be great. Pay them £5m if we decide not to keep.

If he really believes his own hype, he'll be amazed at how stacked the squad is compared to yanited, he'll need to up his levels to even get on to the pitch
