Alejandro Garnacho

The fact that neither winger had a stand out perfromance against a team who have flirted with relegation all season suggests they are both lower half premiership players... Funnily enough, the sides they played for were exactly from the lower half of the Premier League.

Funny how you try to compensate’s Garnacho’s horror performance by showing meaningless ratings to prove your point. It’s embarrassing. Accept Garnacho had a awful game and stop deflecting .

6.79 isn’t a good rating btw

Both were awful

Congratulations to Garnacho for showing that no matter how sh*t he is he is still better than Pedro Lomba Neto.

Hi pal, you seem to be struggling with reading comprehension. I’ve highlighted my comments saying Garnacho was sh*t, can you show where I’ve said any different?

You’re the one pretending Neto had a good game and lying to everyone’s face. Hope this helps

Neto faded away second half. First half he was good, yes I stand by that. You posting pointless ratings means nothing. Neto had a better game. Second half was more quiet but I do not agree he was awful.

It seems Neto lives rent-free in your head to deflect criticism from your boyfriend.

Boyfriend? I said he was sh*t. You’re the one trying to pretend Neto had a good game. Is he your boyfriend?

Behave you two or it’s straight to bed without your tea.

Garnacho under Iraolo next season will be Balon D’Or worthy.

Fast counter attacking fluid football plays to all his strengths.

This turgid, slow the game down, allow the opposition to get back into formation before attempting to attack sh*t we currently do is even making Cole Palmer look woeful.

@GarnachoCheese stop using your alias. This is to obvious 🤣.

Neto doesn't even have a rating on Whoscored for the Leeds game lmao, he played 90 mins, 1 assist, and got N/A. Either you are so sh*t you don't get a rating or Whoscored didn't collect the data effectively.

I’ve never known Whoscored to fail to collect data, tells you everything you need to know about Lombass.

Some of the deflection here is wild. 😁
Strange how Pedro Neto is the focus here when he literally assisted the goal that sent us to the final… on a Alejandro Garnacho thread, no less.

26 crosses in his last 4 games and finally got one assist, we are celebrating the bare minimum. If I threw a basketball at a hoop blindfolded enough times, I’m sure one would go in.

Worst rated player on the pitch versus Brighton, strange how silent you were after that match.

You couldn’t even pick a Basketball up with those noodle arms.

That’s beside the point—I was talking about Leeds. In that game, Pedro Neto was one of our best players (only Enzo rated higher in most places).
Brighton, seriously? 🙂 And we’re just going to “forget” the three perfect crosses against United—two off the bar and one that Delap somehow missed? That’s kind of how it works: assists depend on someone actually finishing the chance.

I happen to like both players. Right now, Pedro Neto is comfortably ahead of Garnacho in terms of level and output—even if they’re different profiles.

Garnacho has good potential (just not quite Estevao level for me), but that doesn’t explain constantly defending him while picking apart Neto, even after a solid Leeds performance.
We need more quality wingers, not fewer.
And if anything, there are other areas of the squad that need addressing more urgently.

You need to go to see the doctor, mate, they are both really sh*t 😉

😅 I think it's one of those cases of "the grass is always greener on the other side..." No, neither is top 5 winger material -- we expect Estevao to get there one day tho, but they are still good wingers in my book.
Point remains that wingers work really hard these days, so you need them in numbers too. If we can grab a couple more wingers who can actually play, that will strengthen the roster and the team with fitter players in a more competitive environment.

We need quality wingers, full stop. We currently don’t employ any other than the one that’s just detached his hamstring. Garnacho is crap, Neto is crap. Yet only one gets hammered on here even though he’s younger and we pay him half of the other.

That’s really not what I see out there. I see a lot of good wingers, like the ones we’ve got, with that odd great winger in the mix—which we hope estevao will become one day.

Arsenal has one Saka; the others are just different versions of the ones we’ve got.

Liverpool has still some quality players but they lost their great players and dropped a level; Diaz to Munich and salah to age. It’s f**king hard to get players of that caliber, which is the one thing i think the club is doing right.

And Saka is looking like a shadow of what he was. Flogged by Arteta.
