Congratulations to him yesterday, I thought he couldnt get much worse than recent efforts but once again he managed to lower the bar, some effort.....

One of the strangest signings I have known it almost felt like the club were doing him, his agent or even Utd a favour.

We courted Simons who has been inconsistent himself but clearly a better player. Who can play out wide or as a 10. Hard for creative players to shine in relegation fights I’m sure he would have had a better season in a top 6 team and then we signed Garnacho who while still young had plenty of prem games under his belt for us to know he didn’t improve us at all.

I wonder who his agent is and how many pictures he has off our SD’s in compromised positions.

I still think we signed him because he is good mates with Enzo Fernandez. Part of the Clearlake "build the club around Enzo" plan ... make him feel as comfortable as possible etc etc

Like a lot of our signings it didn’t feel like it had anything to do with improving our 1st team.

This is actually stupid, because Neto had a good game. Garnacho I wanted to give a chance but he genuinely is just stinking up the place. He literally cannot beat a man, struggles with any form of physical battle. I would still give Garnacho a chance under a coach like Iraola, but let's not kid anyone, he was sh*t once again on Sunday.

I agree that both were poor although the assist for the goal should possible lift his performance above Garnacho.

How either can be contemplated for Team of the Round, when Doku contributed to a physical uplift in performance and momentum shift during is brief cameo, beggars belief.

I assume Garnacho got in because none o the other 3 teams even played with a left winger....
