I’m not one for stats but I just saw an interesting one.

Every single league game this season we have failed to outrun our opponents.

Someone will point out that’s because “we play possession football” that makes our opponents chase the ball.

When anyone who watches us will say we play without urgency, energy, intensity. We look slow with or without the ball and it comes across as a lack of effort. It’s the sort of football that’s hard to even watch at times let alone get behind as a fan. Passion has to go both ways.

Everyone can see this guy is a joke apart from the pricks at the top of the club. If they're really willing to die on this hill with Rosenior then I can't see myself giving much of a sh*t what happens until something really changes.

There's been a few occasions this season, including the Arsenal game a few weeks ago, where if I was out with friends for a few drinks before a gig or something I'd direct us towards a pub that's showing the football if Chelsea were playing, but I had zero interest and didn't watch it. This lot have sucked the joy out of it for me to the point where I don't care if I watch us play or not and that's the saddest part about it.

I can handle us losing games, it happens, but when the board are running the club into the ground, the manager is awful and the players don't care I can't get motivated to watch us.

We've got average players in many positions, but the team can play better than LR has them. I can't believe that this team is worse than Everton's and by a distance given the scoreline. It is incredibly stupid from LR to go back to playing either Jorgensen or Sanchez as keeper sweepers, and this after Maresca gave up on it after he realised that they were sh*t with the ball. This is what happens when you have an average coach.

I can.

Our players may have higher peaks but Everton's are more consistent which is ultimately what matters over a season.

I think if we had Everton's team with the few good players we have such as James, caicedo, Palmer, Pedro we would be much better off which is crazy to imagine.

I was seriously enjoying reading this article, who spurs get next as manager.... It brought tears to my eyes knowing theyre in a relegation battle and are sinking like a stone.

BBC Sport chief football writer Phil McNulty asks what Spurs should do next with uncertainty surrounding the future of interim head coach Igor Tudor.

Then my joy turned to fear, De Zerbi left Marseille in January. Probably here in the summer. Better than Rosenior?

Oh No.

Why would you trust the recruitment team that scouted and overpaid for these players in the first place? trust them to find the "improvements"?

"It can't get any worse" is famous last words. We would be losing many starters and at the same time giving the same people who built this mess another chance to double down on it.

At best, we get the exact same quality we have now, just five years younger. At worst, they misfire and well... good luck. 😥

This.

It’s why I’m overjoyed Mainoo signed an extension. One less bang average player for BlueCo to replace Enzo with.

Chelsea believe that Liam Rosenior is open to feedback and constructive criticism, and are confident that he can quickly learn from mistakes.

Wasn’t one of the accusations they levelled against Maresca was that he wasn’t taking onboard feedback & constructive criticism. We are doomed now they have the ultimate yes man .

We beat them at home 2-0. A very boring win, but a win anyway.

open to feedback and constructive criticism Yep a kiss ass of the highest order

confident that he can quickly learn from mistakes. Ah this sounds better - they know he has made mistakes and expect a rapid improvement.

Crazier still would we better off if we just had Moyes.

Experience, discipline, organisation….scary eyed Glaswegian telling you to pull your f**king finger out.

These players may not be the best but a lot of them have potential and I really don’t think they are being helped fulfil it right now. They need a manager not a nice guy Eddie.

Like I said, there is nothing authentic about Rosenior, his entire personality comes across fake. It's like he looked at all of the top managers over the years and tried to copy a little bit of each of them instead of just being himself.

Best description of him. Reminds me of when Gary Neville thought he could be a manager after years of punditry
