Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2026/27

That 2022/23 Brighton under De Zerbi with Caicedo and Mac Allister in midfield and prime Mitoma was some of the best football I have seen in the Premier League in the last 15 years maybe. But since the end of that season De Zerbi has been absolute dog turd, makes Maresca's boring tactics look like the most entertaining brand of football.

De Zerbi was a one hit wonder. Keep the ball, invite the oppo onto them, play through them. Hasn’t worked since.

He's a headcase as well. Spurs have Forest, Everton, Villa, Man. United and Chelsea as five of their next six PL matches. And Liverpool in the Carabao. He could be at war with everybody by November if things go wrong.

Can't stand the f**kin dwarf. And why can't him and Maresca have a shave?

“Roberto De Zerbi confirms Richarlison, Pape Sarr and Kevin Danso asked to LEAVE Spurs.

“Richarlison he said too many times that he wanted to leave. Danso came to me two days ago and said he wanted to leave, Sarr too”, says via @AlasdairGold.”

Blimey! Spurs in a right mess.

Two games in and the bug-eyed dwarf has lost the dressing room.

They are back to back 17th the past 2 seasons. Idk why it's a surprise to their fans and media

I think it is more because those three players are going to be way behind in the pecking order with the new additions bring brought in and want to seek first team football elsewhere.

Didn’t watch it tonight. But I hate to say that I strongly suspect that Maresca is getting a league winners medal this year.

No Chance.

City won comfortably but so will a lot of teams against Palace as they are so poor. They are dead certs for relegation. Have lost their top coach and most of their good players and poor Adam Wharton sticks out like a sore thumb, but looks like he's stuck there to the end of the season. But I still think City will struggle to finish top 4 once the Maresca effect really kicks in. Going to be massive games when we play them - even more so if Fernandez does go there.

Fear for Lamp's Coventry. Early days, but can see them going straight back down unless they can get some quality in before the window closes.

But good to see Spurs looking average and Liverpool too.

United losing to Ipswich. It's mad, it's like they have gone back to Solskjaer days. Rashford back in, the clown Maguire in defence, Shaw in there too.

Carrick is clueless way out of his depth, he wants to shoehorn players into the team, in pre season Mbuemo played every game as a striker, and he has played Cunha there in both games who is crap, biggest waste of money is Tierlemanns who keeps giving away the ball
