Maybe he'll want to get back on the fan's good side after sacking RDM, bringing in Rafa, and the Lampard contract debacle. Maybe he'll bring Jose back as a peace offering to the fans, i'm sure he likes it better when 45,000 people are chanting his name than when they're all abusing him.

I was cheering when Rooney scored until I saw who it was, then it was more of a nod of the head. Can't get behind Rooney, Welbeck or Rio or to a lesser extent Gerrard, but thats about it. I have a lot of respect for Wilshere the way he came back from his injuries and the way he plays, would love to him him in our team, would be a great replacement for Frank when he goes.

The best thing I can say about him is that it's impressive he's remained around the LFC first team for so long while being such an incredibly average player. 20 years and was never the best defender at his club let alone one of the best in the league, I doubt Chelsea would ever keep a player of his ability around for so long.

It would make me very sad, I really cannot even imagine it happening so I'm not sure how i'd view him afterwards.

Took me a few seconds to process what happened, it all happened so quick from the corner and at first I thought Neuer had saved it or it had gone into the side netting, then I saw Drogba sprinting over towards the corner and I was like wait what? Then screamed at the top of my lungs (was about 6am at this time), kicked over my footrest, sprinted in a lap around the room with my arms in the air, jumping and fistpumping, then fell to my knees in front of the tv and punched air and shouted profanities for a few minutes.

I agree, both Oscar and Neymar were definitely on the ball the most in that game, but both were wasteful the majority of the time and they really looked their age out there, boys against men. I disagree, recently he's been probably our best centre defender, was possibly the best player on the field in the game against Arsenal, both the goals conceded against Reading can't be attributed to him, and against Newcastle I thought JT was awful and Cahill was having to cover for him on numerous occasions. One thing I will criticize is his passing game, numerous games this season he's been guilty of giving the ball right back to the opposition which has put us in danger.

DIdn't we spend about 18m on him? If so I think that gives him a far better chance of getting a chance here, they've given all our other expensive strikers in the past, even if they were flops, a decent chance (or in some cases far too many chances). He looks very gifted but he's still got some problems like being caught offside too often and making some poor decisions at times, both can be put down to inexperience. That being said I think having him + Ba at the club would be an adequate strikeforce.
