We could buy Golovin and loan him back. With the World Cup coming up he'll want playing time, anyway. He's the one for the future.

Lwb seems pretty much essential at this stage. And with Willian out of sorts and Bats not really trusted, I think another attacker to lift the burden off Eden is high on the list too. That said, I was saying that all summer so don't hold out much hope.

I wish we could go out there and make a statement like Utd do - Sandro and a Griezman/Sanchez and tie down Hazard and Courtois to big contacts.  

Thinking about our lack of creativity without Hazard, I wonder if we could buy Mata back. I know he's nearly 30, but it';s not like he was ever reliant on pace anyway and he still pops up with about 10 goals a season and plenty of assists. He could play on either side with a front 3, or even in the slightly more advanced central role like Cesc has been and like David Silva is doing for City.

SMS is a monster and could be one of the best if not the best in the world. 

He's a player I'd throw everything towards getting, he's that good.

Young is the only natural wide player JM has IMO.

i don't care what anyone says Gareth Bale would be a superb signing. Such an unbelievably gifted player who can still change a game with that left foot. Would love to see him at the bridge. Imagine a front 3 of Eddie, Alvaro and Bale.

I think long term and potential wise Eric Dier would be a good addition to the squad bags of potential that lad and can play anywhere across the back line plus he can line up in midfield. Ben Davies is another player whould look good in blue, versatile as well. 

Can somebody tell the club that the Barkley transfer is dead and he’s going to Spurs. He’s not coming here. Big Sam pretty much said that he thinks a deal is already agreed.

Agree about Bale but his injuries are a serious concern. 

Davies is decent. Dier is horrendous, only looked good when in midfield with Dembele doing the heavy lifting. 

Plus if you think we're signing a Spurs player you're having a giggle. Levy would sooner rip his cock off and throw it in the river than sell us anything.
