In summary:

It hasn't won critical acclaim, but most sites seem to like it, but aren't totally blown away by it. Funny thing is, there aren't any major problems with it. "Weak car chases" and sometimes "poor AI" seem to be the only quibbles. Graphically it's fine, but not as good as the original E3 reveal. The hacking is great fun and it has a great multiplayer , long main story and the combat is better than GTA IV.

I'm getting it.

im getting it after work, already paid for it

Good lad! I didn't pre-order mine so I'm going to Tesco after work to see if they have a copy. If not, Game will be my next stop.

How are people enjoying it?

I'm getting a PS4 on the weekend with Watchdogs.

Only played the first two missions so far but I like what I've seen and done. Hacking the traffic lights never gets old, you can create chaos at junctions! I've just unlocked the ability to raise bollards and bridges. Looking forward to trying that out!

Graphics are a lot better than everyone is saying. Clean, crisp, if a little unspectacular (I'm playing on PS4) . I hate the driving physics though, reminds me of the car handling in GTA IV.

I'm going to look to pick it up this weekend if I can (I have a £38 credit for CEX so would prefer not to have to fork out full price from elsewhere).

I'm not expecting this to be the most amazing game I've ever played but it looks fun enough and I've been wanting something new to play for my PS4, keep me posted how you're enjoying it because if you say it's a big pile of w**k by the weekend I might hold off.

I got watchdogs and must say I'm slightly disappointed in it but its still early days. Its feels and plays like exactly like Assassins Creed. Still, it is good..maybe just need to get into the storyline.

I've heard a few people comparing Watch Dogs to Assassin's creed. It seems the general consensus is that it's a decent enough game but a victim of its own hype and over-ambition. And the driving is terrible.

I do like the sound of that online mode though where you can drop into somebody's single player campaign and basically 'stalk' them for a while. Not sure what the point is but it sounds different and interesting.

My mindset at the moment is to wait and get the game cheaper somewhere down the line for PS3. I've got GTA5 here still in its shrink wrap so its not like I'm short of good open-world type games to play a right now.

I think most games on the new machines are getting over hyped purely because there is a lack of options out there. Every new game is getting hyped up because there is so little choice.

Great game wolfenstein, nothing new or especially novel but just a great play. Takes a bit to get going though, first hour or so is a bit of a plod but gets a lot better very quickly.

I'm planning on putting some time in with Watch Dogs this weekend, had it since last weekend but barely had time to play it and the odd 30 minutes isn't helping me getting engrossed as it's too easy to get distracted in the game... Thinking of pulling a late one tonight once the wife and kids are in bed so i can put a few hours into it.

Let us know what you think of it. I get the feeling you won't be that impressed at the outset, but the more you play, the more hacking skills you unlock, the more fun it gets.

I love being able to hack someone else's game too, or when they hack yours. It gets really tense when you're frantically running around trying to find them, whilst all the while, in the top left hand corner it says *HACKING, PLAYER INSTALLING BACKDOOR*  with the percentage bar slowly rising.

The great thing is, they could be anywhere in the vicinity. Blending in amongst the people walking along the pavement, hiding in a car (you can get in, switch the engine and lights off and lie down in the seat) or crouching behind a hedge.

There are so many things to do in the game. I hope you like it FCF!

I've tried hacking other players a couple of times and been invaded as well, that's been quite fun although I need to figure out how best to hide as I've tried just walking and when the other player gets near it instantly exposes me.

I've unlocked a few of the hacking skills so far and I'm trying to play it stealth where I can to avoid the game feeling like just another 3rd person shooter.

I'm a sucker for side quests and I'm already checking in at the landmarks and attempting criminal convoys and the like instead of playing the main quest, which is probably why I'm still only on act one.

A Game of Thrones mod for Crusader Kings 2: http://ck2agot.wordpress.com/. It's giving me sleepless nights.

I want to get into Crusader Kings, but I just...can't.

Don't suppose you could link me with a decent tutorial? The in-game tutorial is bollocks.

Downloading Killer Instinct on Xbox One at the moment. Used to love that game on the SNES.

Hope Cinder is still a playable character

I just bought crusader kings 2...like yesterday. I'd had it on my watchlist ever since I realised there was a GOT mod for it....and it was 66% off, so I figured, why the hell not!?

I've heard it's notoriously difficult to pick up though, so I'm not sure how to start.

No cinder I'm afraid, but its a good game anyway.

At the final stage of Wolfenstein, and I've really enjoyed it.  Back to a good old fashioned first person shooter.  Not a crazy amount of guns, and the stealth options can be good and challenging.  Good story, plus you can have a mad Scotsman as a character throughout it, who at the end calls the main character a "glorious c**t"

Fantastic stuff
