So it is Spurs

That end up in 4th.

Have to admit would have enjoyed more the chance of knocking Arsenal out of the CL but is not to be. Not that the first thought if we manage to beat Bayern would be one that we denied the 4th place side a chance at CL football next season.

Amazing final day though, well outside of the bridge it was anyways.

So what is the general feeling? 'Arry going to be jumping for joy Saturday night or have that sour look on his face again?

Only thinking about the CL at the moment but if we win it I'd Much rather it was Spurs that suffered because of it.

My ideal scenario today was Spurs 4th and Qpr down ...... (Couldn't give a monkeys about the title race)

Got half of what I wanted.... How sweet would it be to win next week with a massive rum soaked cherry on the top

If we do end up pinching the last CL place from spuds, it will hence forth forthwith become the most memorable day of the Chelsea supporters calendar, the19th of May shall be known as 'Saint Crisp day', on this day all Blues fans worlwide will peel a spud, slice it into four crisps, the four crisps are fried salted and eaten, all bar the fourth crisp which is given to a passing tramp. Our sons and our sons sons will carry the tradition for centuries to come, every year a drink shall be toasted and we will shout "we were their on Saint Crisp day".

He that shall live this day, and see old age,

Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,

And say 'To-morrow is Saint Crisp's Day.'

Then he will strip his sleeve and show his scars,

And say 'These wounds I had in München.'

Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,

But he'll remember, with advantages,

What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,

Familiar in his mouth as household words -

Didier the King, Fernando and Mata,

Lampard and Cahill, Luiz and Cech -

Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb'red.

This story shall the good man teach his son;

And Saint Crisp's Day shall ne'er go by,

From this day to the ending of the world,

But we in it shall be remembered -

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;

For he to-day that sheds his blood with me

Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,

This day shall gentle his condition;

And gentlemen in England now-a-bed

Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here,

And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks

That fought with us upon Saint Crisp's Day!

Definitely a sour one, and said he'll be supporting the German team today lol.

And just to add to it, if we do win, will be the first team in London to do it too. Then we really will own London, as the banner says!

Just a thought on a perfect Saturday 19th. West Ham getting done by Blackpool and staying in the Championship. Chelsea winning the Champions League in Munich, and the Y**s ending up in the Europa league. I would be unbearable in work on Monday if that happened!!

Especially after smashing them at wembley.

Me personally though would of rathered Arsenal as got some bloody annoying gooner pals.

Come on chelski stick it up the Germans.
