Butt-hurt Arsenal Fan

Comically bitter.

I love the people going on about 'mercenaries'.

To keep quality players you need to do 1 (or more) of the following:

1: pay them what they are worth

2: be a successful team

3: show appreciation.

Arsenal do none of these things. As a result Arsenal keep losing world class players when they hit their peak whereas Chelsea and Man U, Real Madrid, Barca don't have this problem, losing players either when they want them to leave or when they're well into their decline.

The spud thats going to , quote , "GO OUT N KILL A CHELSEA C@@@".....Powerful stuff...I often wonder when , and ive read the arsenal forum n spurs forum thing, what these guys expect..They bang on about money winning stuff for us, n so it did..We had a benefactor that got us there into these positions to win things..Now THEIR benefactors have got em a crap ground.Well, thats about it..What would these sh*ts say if money was spent and success came..They too would revel in it , as we do..Man city dont bang on about our money / success anymore. Theyve experienced the very same scenario as us..Spurs are a BIG club in a sort of mediocher(?) way..Arsenal is similar to a dying star

That thread on the Arsenal forum is a quality read, with some very good posters, many of whom defend us, and mourn the fact they don't have performers like Lampard and Terry.

Both great reads, the gooners hate us for our financial clout and the Sp*ds just want to murder us, their pain is almost tangible. Could not resist quoting the following extracts (spelling and grammar atrocities included) hopefully with the our Moderators blessings from the Sp*ds forum...............

"If croatia do sh*t in the Euros I'm gonna kill some f**king chelsea c*nts".

"no you know what, lets go kill these c*nts out my house. You'll see me on BBC news tomorrow, f**k this sh*t f**k all of this f**k bollocky I can't even leave the house. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DID THEY HAVE TO f**kING WIN"

"There are c*nts singing outside my house. I'm f**king dead serious lets go kill these assholes"

"words can not describe how upset and angry i am to lose champions leage football to a team that do f**k all for 120mins and most of the season. we need a new TFC piss up to help us get over it",.

"having been to almost every home match and a couple away matches plus Wembley, i am very harry out as i have been before, if we are going to lose all our players then lets start fresh" .

harry-lol.png "this c*nt cost us third and is a massive c*nt so lets get rid of him and never have to see his gooner/spammer head again, yes hes done well but for two years in a row he has failed to meet his targer, called the fans idiots, said the best we'll get is 5th after getting 4th and been a massive c*nt"

Happy days

The Arsenal site is not bad although they do console themselves by thinking they're holier that everyone else.

Funny, when I was going ballistic in Munich I didn't look down to check if I was standing on the moral high ground..

When some unnamed kid allegedly posts a death threat against a ref, it makes national headlines. When identifiable fans on opposition boards post death threats against our fans and players, the threats are cleared by their moderators for publication and get ignored by the media.

Good to see how even-handed the press is.

Bit rich coming from Arse fans when their clubs entire history and fortune was built on the money pumped in by a crook who later was banned from football for life. Yet they consequently forget about Henry Norris.

You know, I often read opposition fans saying how disgraceful we are as fans, how we are scum and filth... but in the many years i've frequented Chelsea forums, i have never seen the sheer level of abuse thrown at other fans that the likes of Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal, etc... do to us.

For instance, reading threads like that on those forums, pretty much every other post is about us being "c**ts", "scum", "racist", and how we should be killed... If you posted that kind of thing on a Chelsea forum you'd be banned, but it's common place and even the moderators do it on these other ones... But apparently it's us who lack class....

That's stereotypes I am afraid.

People are people. There are many idiots who support all sorts of clubs and many sensible people also. If you read the thread in detail you will get the occasional, rational human who thinks what is being said is all a bit ridiculous.

The most spiteful and rage filled posts on those message boards are from idiots who have little else going on in their pathetic life.

8 Trophies before Abramovich?

1x League Title

2x Division Two titles (the Npower Championship now) (albeit, the modern day football fans ignore this, afterall, football never existed before the 'Sky' age, and the 'Premiership'

3x FA Cups

2x Carling Cups

2x Cup Winners Cups

1x Super Cup

2x Charity Shields

2x Full Members Cups

Say what you like about Spurs and West Ham fans, but a lot of them are proper, Arsenal fans behave more like Rugby fans, boring bunch, who you'd

most likely find sitting in a wine bar, rather than a proper boozer.

Bitter, jumper wearing tossers.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Hard to take rants like this serious when a lot of you want a guy like Usmanov in to inject some cash into your transfer budget.¨

You can't break into Englands elite if you don't have financial backing now, it's impossible. You are fortunate enough to be fans of a club previous endearvours made sure you're a part of that 4-5 elite teams, and you absolutely despise when another team tries to disturb that stability you enjoy.

For a long time it was just you and Man Utd. Then Chelsea came and said hi, and you got pissed. Then Man City came and said hi, and you got pissed. All the old "you have no history" and "you bought your trophies" arguement got thrown out at those new rivals, but for what? To justify your own club's lack of ambition?

You still call Tottenham small fry. Why? Because they don't have that financial backing. You EXPECT them to fall back down because they can't sustain the wages required to compete against the elite, which is ******* sad.

Maybe some of you should looks past your own hands and realize what other clubs are going through. If a rich businessman wanted to inject some cash into West Ham, I'd be ******* delighted. And no, we wouldn't be a club with "no history", that's the dumbest ******* arguement in the world.

The fact it you're enjoying the joys of CL ties, title contentions and so on, but everything a club you percieve as "lesser" than you tries to do that as well, you throw your toys out the pram and blame it on money, no history and saying it's unearned.

I mean, Chelsea has only existed for 107 years, **** them if they want to win something, right?

The fact that none of them can refute any of these points, made by the only netural fan on that page, says everything.

Well i take exception to the lines of...CHELSEA NAZI THUGS ON THE TRAIN..SWEARING FARTING AND SPITTING..LOOKING TO CAUSE TROUBLE.......Well im here in defence of these chelsea boys n girls...NO WAY DO THEY FART IN PUBLIC

Skimming over the Arsenal board this statement jumped out at me (grammar corrected):

"They've wasted hundreds of millions of pounds on flops or managers in the meantime, and have nothing to show for it despite titles (and no, it's not always just about trophies)."

DESPITE titles... it's like that lot have been brainwashed to be forever satisfied with mediocrity.

It is the same tired old accusations aimed at Chelsea......when they're things that can be aimed at more-or-less every club in England (from some part of their history)....including Arsenal.

Playing in front of small crowds. Arsenal in 1986 averaged 23,000....and this was in the top flight. Chelsea averaged the same in the second division 2 years before. In 86 they would have been getting in excess of 50,000 for the big games as well.....so that means some pitiful crowds in those years. Also, Arsenal once recorded a home attendance at Highbury of around 4,500. And this was also a top flight game.....in the 60's when football crowds, in general, were large (unlike the 80's and early 90's....eras they always cite when referencing Chelsea) and it was against Leeds....one of the great sides in English football at the time. The fact of the matter is that in the all-time records for home attendances, Arsenal only have a couple of thousand on Chelsea....and this is despite having won 9 more league titles and playing far fewer seasons outside the top division.

Racist fans. Sure, an unwelcome and far-right element often used the Bridge as a recruiting ground as they knew it'd be full of young, dis-illusioned and impressionable working class kids. The club always made efforts to distance themselves from these people....and reasonable Chelsea supporters didn't welcome their presence.....yet have never claimed racism never occured. Yet you'd think Arsenal have never, ever had one racist person in their support. What about the thousands that went Turk bashing in Copenhagen for the 2000 UEFA Cup Final against Galatasary? Or all the anti-semetic chants their fans continue to aim at Spurs (of course Chelsea are just as guilty for this but we're not claiming some moral high ground)? One comment on that Arsenal board thread says that he can't believe that you now see black people wearing Chelsea shirts in London. Should they not be able to support Chelsea just cause of the actions of some morons 30 years ago? Surely the fact they now feel comfortable to support Chelsea is a good thing? I don't really see what his point is. Should the club not be allowed to move forward? Chelsea have done a lot of work in the 'Kick Racism of of Football' campaign and have even provided work for the likes of Paul Canoville to educate youngsters on his troubles. Chelsea are not hiding away from issues.

The money. As someone else has pointed out.....have they forgotten about the contribution of Norris all those years ago? Well....I don't think the majority have 'forgotten'.....they just don't know about him which speaks volumes. And of course.....as the West Ham (surprisingly reasonable West Ham fan I might add) adds.....it's pretty hard to take their gripes about 'buying success' seriously when they're screaming "spend some f***ing money" at their own board.

History. Every time I ask a Gooner how they can substantiate their claims of Chelsea having 'no history' when they were formed 107 years ago, they can never give me a good answer. They just say we didn't win a lot before Roman. But how does only 'success' equate to history? They're two different things. Take a team like Crystal Palace for example.....they were formed in the same year as Chelsea but have never won one major trophy. Try telling a Palace fan they have 'no history'. It is an amazingly ignorant thing to say. If they really do believe that you're only creating history by winning trophies, then why are they still interested in Arsenal and paying top dollar for tickets? Surely they ceased to exist in 2005? And I'd like to know what year they consider Arsenal's history to start from? They were founded in 1886 but didn't win a trophy until 1930. So was that initial 44 years part of 'no history' for Arsenal? Does their history only stretch back until 1930?

Class and dignity. I'm forever hearing imeasurable things like these being thrown about by Arsenal fans. I don't even think they realise what they're claiming when they're saying it. I saw words as such on the comments section of a YouTube video where Arsenal fans were burning an Ashley Cole shirt (I believe similar videos now exist of Van Persie shirt burning). Where is the class and dignity in burning shirts? The irony is astonishing. Perhaps they're referring to the frugality of their own board? "Doing things the right way".....which confuses me as they're moaning about it most of the time? They seem to be taking pride in a business model which they, personally, have no say in. They have as much to do with Arsenal's self sustained business plan as we do in Abramovich sp*nking millions on class players. I know, as a football supporter, which I prefer.

Reading some of the comments on that site about Van Persie's move to United are equally baffling. Sure, it is never nice to see your top player to a rival club.....but what do they expect? He had the chance to earn a s***load more money at a club actually challenging for trophies.....just like Cole to Chelsea, Song and Fabregas to Barca and the exodus of Arsenal talent to City in recent years. The transfers are no brainers to the players. Just like when they signed Sol Campbell from Spurs all those years ago. More money and more trophies - no brainer. Yet they seemed to think that transfer was funny and utterly justified (which of course it was).

Arsenal may no longer win trophies on the pitch.....but if they were being handed out for taking the moral high ground, they truly would be mopping up. Maybe they could arrange an open top bus celebration around the streets of Islington for their board members? A celebration of millionaireswith no affinity to the club getting richer whilst 'balancing the books'.

So Arsenal fans think we lack history and class....

If only we'd changed our name four or five times, relocated to a completely different part of London, bribed our way into the top division, repeatedly made illegal payments to players, doped our players and had a manager and an owner banned from football for corruption, maybe they'd think we had some history and class too.

You forgot naming your stadium after a Middle Eastern air-line for money. Class.

It's also funny when Spurs fans call Chelsea 'chavs'. Where did the London riots begin.....oh yeah....in Tottenham.....by a load of tracksuit clad chavs robbing Nike Airs from JJB Sports.

Or even funnier is when Liverpool fans claim to have 'class'. Try telling that to Juve.....or the United fans they threw poo at.....or the owners of sports casual clothing shops around Europe which they looted in the 80's.....or the victims of Stanley Knife attacks....or people living in Athens who had to clean up the pigsty like mess they left in the centre of the city after the 2007 CL final...or the people who had tickets stolen from them for that very match. I could go on...
