From my view, it was seen like he gave up and didn't really fight to play. Vardy's tackle was strong, but I think player with heart and high responsibility could continue to play. I don't know what's wrong with him.

I get you are Belgian and have a special bond with Eden but we watch him every week and he’s been terrible this season. He’s unfit, he’s dropped his level and he needs to take a good long hard look at himself because he’s hiding instead of acting like a world class player and leading.

What has this got to do with Messi and Ronaldo?

Those are players that have done it at the highest level year after year, Eden is nowhere near those players and never will be if he continues to drop his levels.

He's had one great season and then he got complacent and now look at him, he's not even half the player he used to be and the very best players simply do not drop their levels to that degree.

He certainly wasn't hiding last season. Half of that championship win was down to his taking responsibility more than the rest and battling through being kicked around left, right and centre.

He has been acting like a bit of a Prima Donna this season, and there seems to have been a falling out between manager and player from early on in the season, quite probably contributing to the stuff we are currently seeing.

He scored 9 goals in his first season and joint top on assists in the league alongside Mata with 13 assists. In 2013/2014 he scored 14 goals with 7 assists, same goals as 2013/2014 with 10 assists last season. That's contributing to 22,21,24 goals for us in the EPL since his transfer. That's not average to me.

We don't know if that is true though. Messi and Ronaldo are world class players who give it their all every game. 

Hazard has mentioned himself he doesn't have the desire to score more than once per game. 

He looks lazy, world class players take the team by the hand and carry them through it, right now that's not what Hazards doing, but you can bet your ass Messi and Ronaldo would still be doing their best to get their team out of it. They are serial winners, much like Mourinho, Hazard doesn't look like he's got it in him.

It's legit to see a player showing bad form while his team showing a bad form, but I think Hazard should show something special like Willian this season. To show that the team's form doesn't really affect on him form and he's still one of our most important players that would fight for the team and will try to bring them back to the top, but I don't see it. He's fantastic player, talented and has a big potential, but I expect from him to take us forward like Willian does.

 

I was disappointed with him yesterday because I had a feeling that he could continue to play, we needed him. Maybe our doctors will prove me wrong and he has something serious.

KRC I like you but your blind loyalty towards Belgian players is ridiculous. Eden has been shockingly bad this season and we need players like him to step up yet he's going through the motions. He deserves every bit of critiscm that comes at him.

I haven't seen Hazard run past a man this season. He just looks out of shape and grumpy to me.

He's been great for 3 seasons, this is his first bad season where so many other players are underperforming, so I'm less inclined to blame him or even the rest of them. Something has affected the players this season but unlike Costa and Fabregas, Hazard has a good track record for 3 years so he deserves to stay and prove himself again.
