March 11, 20233 yr Hopefully if the stadium is redeveloped there will be bars which serve decent beer and at a reasonable price. At the moment the beer is cack and too expensive.

March 26, 20233 yr Regarding food at football it's weird going on Twitter seeing Stone Island clad numbnuts critiquing and taking photos of food. '' Have to say I was disappointed with my lightly seared pigeon it lacked seasoning and the couscous just wasn't fragrant enough it's a 6 out of 10 for me''. The mobile phone is the scourge of modern football / concerts etc.
March 26, 20233 yr West Hams London Stadium WTF https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-11880843/Chelsea-Wembley-Craven-Cottage-potential-temporary-homes-club-build-new-stadium.html
March 27, 20233 yr Yeah - can't see Chelsea fans keen on ground sharing with the pikeys. Twikenham, Craven Cottage or Brentford would all be ok though.
March 27, 20233 yr Craven Cottage seems like a good shout. Arent they looking to do an extension as well? 4 years seems like an awfully long time away though, how long did the spuds stadium build take?

Decent food and beer is more important for an away fan if you've been hours in a car, train, coach then yes it's good if what's on offer is decent. But personally I avoid drinking or eating at the Bridge it's always been terrible has risen to average over the years but it's ludicrously expensive and either I eat well before I go or as with most home fans not just Chelsea will have local knowledge of where to go before and after the game. I had a hamburger once at Maine Road in 89 served to me by a spotty Manc from a hot dog / burger stand it looked and tasted like roadkill so I chucked it at him and got my money back still the worse thing I've ever tasted made school dinners of the 70's like a Michelin star meal.
March 27, 20233 yr On a completely different matter the bloke who started this thread I always find his avatar slightly unsettling keep thinking he's going to burst out like in a Sci-Fi B movie 🤣.

Twickenham couldn't be used as there is an agreement with Richmond Council that the stadium can only be used for a maximum number of events i.e. rugby matches and occasionally concerts. Can't see Richmond Council changing the policy.

March 27, 20233 yr With regards to ticket sales, would the host stadium/club be the ones receiving it? Or is it dispersed?

March 27, 20233 yr Just a couple of concept models I was asked to make for the redeveloped Stamford bridge site. These are just models and are not official.

It looks like the ground has been turned ninety degrees and one stand will be over the railway line which runs at the back of the existing East Stand. Is that correct? Also, where is the old Shed End wall? I understand that is to be retained as it is a lister structure. Thanks.
