Luckily for him, if there's one topic moi doesn't read then it's the one about GTA5.

I have never liked the GTA games but this one does look good. I hope the online mode isnt a let down. The second saints row got the online mode perfect, shame the went and spoiled the whole 3rd game.

September 17 I believe, 1st of October for the online mode to launch.

Why is the online mode not launched on the same day as the game? How stupid is that.

GTA3 was a ground-breaking game and Vice City and San Andreas took it to another level. GTA4 tried to be grittier and more 'real' but just didn't hold my attention as much as the earlier games.

 

I'm not overly excited by GTA5 (to be honest I've not been following its progress at all) but will probably end up buying it like I always do with GTA games. If it's good then great but even a disappointing GTA game is better than most of the big-name sequels that get churned out these days.

No idea, its pretty much a standalone though and the world keeps evolving/changing all the time, its going to be great fun with your friends!

Still so many good games to come out even after the new consoles are released.

 

Might not need to get the PS4 straight away.... Although I will probably get all impulsive once it's released. 

Not very into gaming these days (My PS3 has become an expensive Netflix machine) but GTA looks like it's worth investing in!

Looks like i will be confiscating my sons Xbox next month. After hes spent his pocket money on this fine looking game.

Thats the GTA 5 map scaled to the san andreas one, safe to say its MASSIVE.

I had mistakenly assume that San Fierro and Las Venturas were back as well, so that's a little disappointing. Was really looking forward to another casino heist.

I don't think that's scaled correctly. Otherwise the airport at the bottom of the GTA V map would be the same size as a city on Andreas....

The ratio of the SA map to the GTA V with the roads and such aint correct but the size of it as a whole is so apparently.

Does anyone know how many memebers you can have in your online crew? How many of your mates could all be online at the same time and take part in the online games?

Yeah, it will be bigger than all three all told but it won't be as hyperbolised as this comparison, for instance.

 

I appreciate the attempt but there's no way that the city of Los Santos will be bigger than the entire RDR map. Regardless, it's shaping up to be very promising and if all goes to plan I'll be picking up my copy sometime next week.
