I'm ecstatic. Love him or hate him, the guy is unbeleivable with the ball.

Cant imagine the Arsenal fans have taken it too well hearing that their club turned down first option on the player. Can see Wenger getting some more stick soon

There's this misguided rumour going round that Arsenal inserted a clause stating that they receive 50% of the transfer fee when Fabregas is sold. It's actually 50% of the profit. As they sold him for £30m and we bought him for £27m, they actually get 50% of nothing.

So glad we have got this done before the world cup and pre season. We can really get him integrated into the team before the important stuff starts! Always worrying when a players is signed late in august or just before the season.

My mate's an arsenal fan and he doesn't blame Fabregas. It sounds like Arsenal didn't want him.

I suppose we all have different definitions of world class. In my opinion a world class player is a player who backs up a good year at the highest level with another the year after. That is the challenge that azpil and matic face this year.

Yeah it's not an area they are short in. But like I say they are gambling big time on Ozil turning it round next season.

I'm still not really sure how we got him for so little. Especially having sold Luiz for £50 million. But PSG are a bit like we were when Abramovich first took over.

Emanalo has been good for us as DOF, I know we make signings as a committee, but he deserves some praise. 

would this mean that we revert to the 4-3-3 more often? most of his time at arsenal was an AM either way.
