Good effort there I'd say.

Only one I'd really dispute is Luiz, he's not even close for me. Personally id put Paulo in there at RB but then I was a big fan, I know others weren't.. I'd have loved him to be getting all the crossing opportunities Ivanovic is getting now.

Suspect others may shout for the inclusion of Duff ahead of Ramires or Oscar maybe too. It's a tough call. Gudjohnsen deserves a shout.

Looking back it's amazing we had Maka, Ballack and Frank and Essien (at the peak of their powers) at the same time - that's absurdly strong, no wonder we used to bully teams. On a different planet to what we've got in midfield now.

It was a toss between him and Alex as the back up CB. Luiz definitely divides opinion but I'm a big fan.

 

I'd have Gallas & Iva over Paulo. Oscar is a bit behind for me, Duff along with J.Cole pondered my mind. Gundjohnsen just missed out.

Think you've just about nailed it in the first post, really.

Could argue a case for Malouda but only really the double winning season. Would be tempted to play Ballack in a 3 with Lampard and Essien.

I'd kill for any of those in their prime right now!

Its a tough choice. We have had so many world class players. The likes of Ballack and Joe Cole should have made the team but just missed out.

Uno where is Boulahrouz in your list? Can't find him

I ran out of room. I couldnt even fit Kezman in!

Eidur for Crespo for me.

 

I'd also put Paulo at RB ahead of Gallas and stick him on the bench in place of Luiz.
