This is truly a head spinning transfer window.  I love Pogba and he would be in our squad for the next decade, but I'm not sure he is needed at this point.  Before the Cecs signing I would have said spend the 60M on him  ALL day, but now that we have Fabregas, I just don't see how we can put two new midfielders in the line-up and still have room for our normal starters.  

UNLESS....

We drop Willian and play with Oscar / Schurrle and Hazard up top with Costa.  Then I'm all for it.

 

 

I think him, Oscar, Fabregas and Matic will more than happily share the 3 central positions in either a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1. Theres more than enough games and they all offer slightly different skill sets which could combine, dependant on the opposition, very effectively. IMO it would be by far the strongest set of central midfielders in Engalnd (would make Utd fans cry) and possibly Europe, we would quite simply would not need Mikel and/or Ramires as neither of them offer anything that the other 4 dont. Backed up with MvG + 1 and we are set for a very exciting season.

If we had a legit striker we wouldn't have finished trophyless.  That and Cech was injured for both legs of the CL Semifinal.  

If we sign Pogs then Ramires and Mikel definitely on their way out, if it does go ahead pity we couldn't wrap all this up in time so Juve could pinch Sanchez from the Gooners.

 

Can't win 'em all I suppose but at least it looks like the Mancs won't get Vidal then, small mercies and all that.

I doubt Rami or Oscar is gonna sit on the bench all season and tbh I think Mikel may be surplus to requirements anyway

Hopefully Juve will take Ramires in a player plus cash deal.

 

It would be a wet dream if they also took Mikel in the same deal.

I really think the only way this transfer happens is if Ramires is sent the other way.  Juventus won't risk losing both Vidal AND Pogba without being assured that they'll have a competent midfield.
