May 31, 201511 yr Of course you are. Every club's supporters are. What's the Arsenal TV coverage of the parade like? Incredibly biased I'd hope, if I was an Arsenal fan anyway.
May 31, 201511 yr And here you are whining about it. Since when is an FA Cup parade a bigger deal than a league winning parade? Since forever. Go back through history and you'll see. It's always been the case.
May 31, 201511 yr I like that arsenal fans think they have progressed from last season .......except that they have actually stood still after spending sh*t loads.
May 31, 201511 yr Since forever. Go back through history and you'll see. It's always been the case. Never known a Chelsea FA Cup winning parade to be bigger than a Chelsea league winning parade. Don't think we even had an FA Cup parade in 2009.
May 31, 201511 yr Never known a Chelsea FA Cup winning parade to be bigger than a Chelsea league winning parade. Don't think we even had an FA Cup parade in 2009.We didn't and we didn't in 06/07 either when we won two cups.1997 we definitely did and didn't we in 2000 aswell? Although those were a different era to now. Edited May 31, 201511 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
May 31, 201511 yr I remember the West Ham/Liverpool final being quite decent. ah yes....the gerrard final...where he scored all six goals......and the penalties as well
May 31, 201511 yr Incredibly biased I'd hope, if I was an Arsenal fan anyway. There isn't an Arsenal TV is there? So the only coverage would be on SSN wouldn't it? In our case the whole thing was screened on our channel. Could that be a factor in Sky's coverage?
May 31, 201511 yr ah yes....the gerrard final...where he scored all six goals......and the penalties as well To be fair was a good final Edited May 31, 201511 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
May 31, 201511 yr Quite amusing to hear arsenal fans and players warning chelsea they're coming for the title etc...getting strange sense of deja vu...sure I heard similar bollox 12 months ago and as per usual they came nowhere near

May 31, 201511 yr I've found a few on Arsenal Mania "This was a f**king statement though. At no point we didn't settle for more. We didn't camp back and hold an advantage and let Villa press us. We didn't do a chelsea. Pure orgasmic football. Something Chelsea couldn't dream of. And **** people who say we can't win like this. It's only Villa, but ****, a final is a final and we all f**king turned up. The support was beautiful. The players were amazing. So f**king good." "Love seeing us winning stuff. We've got the whole summer to relax lads and laugh at the Spuds and Utd. Bring on Cech, Pogba and Lacazette. Jose, we're coming for you! "Back to back FA Cups baby! What a great performance! Alexis and Ozil, our best players stepped up and also the rest of the team played very good. Now let's sign 2 or 3 quality players this summer and win the Premier League and/or Champions League." "What a performance. Feels like we've arrived. Wenger's words The 6 trophies over the past two seasons have gone two apiece to us, Chelsea and City. Time to win the premier league!" "We have the winning mentality now, I see no reason for us not to challenge for PL championship next year. A bit of luck in play-offs and maybe we'll win our first CL " "Ramsey again talking about pushing for the league next season, love that kind of attitude. Celebrate today, get some well earned rest over the summer and take the league by storm next season." Also these just made me chuckle "Özil sign = two years later = two FA Cups. Coincidence? I don't think so." "Happy for Welbeck as well, he left United to win trophies." - didn't he won several league titles at United? Edited May 31, 201511 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
May 31, 201511 yr "Happy for Welbeck as well, he left United to win trophies." - didn't he won several league titles at United? 1 Premier League, 2 Capital One Cups, 2 Community Shields and a Fifa Club World Cup (Whatever that is) at United, but yeah. The trophy hunt goes on! It's funny because they actually think they are even for the Robin Van Persie transfer who won us the league in 2013 now that Welbecks' got a pinch of success that he wasn't even a part of in the FA Cup. May 31, 201511 yr Arsenal winning minor trophies every season is probably good for us, deludes their fans, players and even manager into thinking that next year will be their year without actually making the necessary additions in the summer. I've noticed none of them have mentioned that they actually finished with less points this season than last despite picking up Sanchez. Edited May 31, 201511 yr by Jonty
May 31, 201511 yr And we all know this lot were wanting Wenger out at many points during these last two years..they're just laughable
May 31, 201511 yr And we all know this lot were wanting Wenger out at many points during these last two years..they're just laughable It will be the same again next season when they're 12 points adrift from the top at Christmas

May 31, 201511 yr Seriously though, how do you pick up a player who is supposedly the best player in the league by a mile, supposedly far better than Hazard, and still finish with less points than the year before?
May 31, 201511 yr Can arsenal's fans and players just not enjoy winning the FA cup? I know I always did and always will when we do, not look at it as a springboard for a title or european challenge. Maybe they cannot help but look at us, as they looked at city last season, because they know they gave it their best shot in the league, with sanchez dragging them to what, 9 consecutive victories, and it STILL was not enough. Could also be they know had our back ups not f*ck ed up a 2-0 lead against Bradford they would have eventually faced us and lost, again, as they always seemed to in the cups. Probably to a Drogba goal or 2 just for old times sake. Just enjoy the famous cup gooners , it is still a fine trophy to win. Stop thinking about chelsea, we were not thinking of you nor of barca and juve last week.
May 31, 201511 yr Seriously though, how do you pick up a player who is supposedly the best player in the league by a mile, supposedly far better than Hazard, and still finish with less points than the year before? How do you convince the fans of a club who have the highest ticket prices in world football, a £140m+ wage bill and have spent £130m on transfers in the last two years... that a season where you finished 3rd and 12 points behind the champions after no serious title challenge, went out of Europe at the first hurdle (again) to one of the weakest teams left in it, but won a cup against the team who just finished 17th, is some major triumph? Wenger has managed it. The man is a genius.

I've noticed none of them have mentioned that they actually finished with less points this season than last despite picking up Sanchez. It keeps Wenger in the job for another year. That's great for us. They may not have noticed but we actually sang that we want him to stay. They're the ones who occasionally go on a Wenger Out! spree, not us. What a funny old fan base they have.
May 31, 201511 yr They certainly heard last season at our home game against them just after the whole specialist in failure spat. The whole ground were singing "we want you to stay" and the Arsenal fans started singing "one Arsene Wenger". At 6-0 down! I couldn't help laughing! Edited May 31, 201511 yr by Beerqueen
May 31, 201511 yr Arsenal's victory parade may get more coverage than ours but not necessarily putting them in a good light. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/may/31/arsenal-wilshere-anti-spurs-victory-parade I think players should stay away from the fans' rivalries and songs, they are professional sportsmen and should be above that - and I'd say the same if a Chelsea player had done something like this.

Stop thinking about chelsea, we were not thinking of you nor of barca and juve last week. They did the same last year when they won the F.A cup too. Even Wilshere got involved. He got a mic and started speaking to the Arsenal fans, instead of talking about the club winning the F.A cup, he thought it would be a better idea to give Tottenham abuse..................and i have just found out that he has done the exact same thing again today. Arsenal FC, full of twats.
