I don't get it either, I think it has to do with one of our ex players decades ago, but anyway, it really doesn't make any sense so none of our fans should be offended by it, I think it's quite funny in a pathetic kind of way.

West Ham then started calling our firm the Bedhunters the loveable witty old wags that they are.

I have to say, if Rooney wasn't the England captain, then much more of a fuss would be made of this. The simple fact is, if he was jumping to avoid contact, he would not have slid across the pitch and immediately looked at the ref, I've said it before about Gary Neville's brother, he is a complete idiot.

Oh I know it was was the first time only and that's what I am referring to. 

 

What difference does it make about the length of time that has passed, is there an expiry date on when the FA are enraged about infidelity and not being allowed to captain the national side as a consequence? 

I thought it gracious that Hodgson was allowed to continue after the world cup. I felt that although we bombed out early, there were glimpses of real potential in some youngsters and felt experience on their part was needed.

I now strongly believe it's time for him to go. The lack of morals and inconsistency in the media and football authorities is one thing, but it's permeating key roles in the game and someone needs to take a stand.

Jose to head FIFA and JT to manage England, can you imagine!
