I never payed much attention to this at first because i thought it was nothing, but to remove her from the bench is incredibly harsh, she was only doing her job for goodness sake.

If there is one part of our team that doesn't deserve any criticism it is the medical team, they have been fantastic with our players over the last few years. I thought the way Guardiola treated his medical team at Bayern was disgraceful and i don't think Mourinho comes out of this looking good at all either. I usually side with Mourinho on things but not in this case i don't. In my opinion, he is completely in the wrong.

Mourinho is completely in the wrong on this one, the initial outburst of anger was understandable given the circumstances of chasing the win, but once he had calmed down he should have had a quiet word behind the scenes with her to iron out any differences. Its not like we didn't know he has such a vindictive streak (the Villanova incident) and if she leaves I'll be sad to see her go after the brilliant work she did last season.

I usually don't care but I'm getting quite fed up with seeing the sh*t about Chelsea being everything from a classless club to a racist club. There's only so much one person can take!

To be honest, no matter what we do we will always get sh*t said about us. Even when Mourinho wasn't here there was always something negative in the media about us. It's best to just avoid it.

I can't recall ever posting anything negative about JM (but) these events are inexplicable. I can't add anything factually. I just agree that, given that Hazard was down and her role is to take care of injured players, what was she supposed to do?

This is all very odd.

Who knows, but this feels like a 'final straw' situation to me.

If any other club changed medical staff no one would give a sh*t. I doubt any other club even knows the name of one of their medical staff

That is of course if any of this is true.

I really don't see anything wrong with what she posted.

I actually think Jose's bang out of order on this one.

Bit of context for that Facebook post.

It's the first thing she's ever posted on there.

So assuming it is her, why use it now when it's sat stagnant for five months?

It actually makes me wonder if there is more to it because i can't see any reason why she should be removed from doing her job on match days. If Mourinho thinks there is nothing wrong with Hazard and Eva Caniero had no reason to go on the pitch to give him treatment, then shouldn't his frustration be aimed at Hazard rather than Eva ? Hazard was down, she went onto the field and gave Hazard treatment..........isn't this how it works at every club ? If Mourinho feels that there is nothing wrong with Hazard then maybe it's Hazard who he should be having a word with.

When the Bayern Munich's medical staff quit because of the treatment from Guardiola, it was pretty big news to be fair.

She's been axed from our bench. She's still the first team physio, just no longer will be able to attend matches. Very harsh from the club.

That's the old 'don't dismiss someone: put them in a situation where they have to resign' ploy.

I really don't see anything wrong with what she posted.

But look, read in to it, every body slating jose saying basically he was a c**t for what he did, and her saying thanks for the support, i.e saying "thanks for confirming I was right and the manager was wrong, and he is a bit of a c**t too, thanks for that".... she is defiant rather than willing to take his point, she landed a dream job she is nuts, even if the ref called her on or whatever, look at the boss, know the rules about the last 5 minutes, understand the game, if the boss says no, wait 30 seconds, or explain your case after in private, Mou was wrong for slating her publicly but I think she must have been a smart arse or he wouldn't have done it, he never airs his dirty laundry, he is the one that takes the pressure...You wouldn't argue with your boss in a top level firm, no way, before I opened my own firm, I worked in a film and commercial production house, probably the biggest in the UK, very friendly, nice atmosphere, great place to work, second you showed the slightest bit of incompetence: out on your arse, that's the way it is at the top and the gaffer is making a point, sending a message, she is unfortunately being made an example of on this one.

Very strange decision and behaviour from Mourinho. Would perhaps be more understandable for him to have been so worked up about it had it been a title decider when the pressure was really on. Two sides to every story though, and her facebook post certainly did her no favours whatsoever. There has been an overreaction to the whole affair, with it naturally being jumped on by the media and the usual 'classless Chelsea, classless Mourinho' comments are being bandied about left, right and centre. The whole thing is very strange, but let's be honest, we've got far more pressing concerns, starting with getting something from City at the weekend.

Eva should have never posted on facebook.

It will be blown out of proportions and it she is a women. That will be under microscope.

It's wi have some kind of effect on the players . If anyone remembers Ray Wilkins .

My fist chelsea post

Btw hey guys.

he is making a point, tidy bit of arse but you have pornhub for that...

She's a female doctor, who was trying to do a proffesional job, not some good looking tart, whose job is to look pretty on the sidelines, if she was a man you wouldn't say look, we have pornhub for that. Perhaps she made an error by coming on so quickly, but it's just a slight error, the public bashing from Mourinho is completely unnecessary, so is axing her from the bench, they should move on like grown ups and get on with it.

He shouldn't have gone public with it in the first place. He was wrong to overreact during the game and then shouldn't have commented on it afterwards. Jose is at fault here. Very disappointed by the whole thing, the club's reputation suffered as a result and he came out looking like a twat in this.

Just to clarify, the headline does lead the general person to think its the end of Eva at Chelsea, which isn't true.  It's "possible" that she may be dropped from the bench place that she has (something Jose did over Robben back in 05).

If she's merely to stay at Cobham and treat players there, then so be it.  I'm more concerned about what goes on on the pitch, not about backroom reshuffling.  I can't see this having a major effect on the players tbh.  Jose is a petulant child at times, but this is being blown out of proportion (Including Adrian of the Mail claiming that this is Jose cracking up and is set to leave Chelsea anyway because he never stays more than 2 years at a club - completely ignoring the new contract Jose just signed)

The facebook reaction was defnitely a step too much. Any boss wouldn't have been delighted with that. It showed a lack of loyalty towards Mou.
