May 27, 201610 yr The consolation is with all the off season hype around them teams will be motivated to play them, That's not even mentioning the possible thrashing you boys will give them at the Bridge next year, I'm a betting man and if United have to face Chelsea early on in the season, I could see a 3/4-1 Chelsea win. Hazard, Costa and Fabregas will be more up for that game than a threesome with Michelle Keegan and Kendall Jenner, They will want revenge for the three rats thing, Mourinho's departure made them look so bad and if they have anything about them, I'd expect a game raising performance from each of them. I think you're overestimating how much they give a sh*t.
May 27, 201610 yr Costa is a player I couldn't Care less if we sell him or not, He's nothing special and more a liability. I know lukaku ain't special either but at least his attitude is right.
May 27, 201610 yr Lukaku's attitude is literally the worst thing about him. It's the only thing stopping him from being one of the best strikers around. Bottlejob.
May 27, 201610 yr I mean he's not a play acting hot headed idiot. I know he needs to stop being a why me lazy boy but I'd rather have that than someone who's more interested in a scrap
May 27, 201610 yr Costa is a player I couldn't Care less if we sell him or not, He's nothing special and more a liability. I know lukaku ain't special either but at least his attitude is right. Hang on a sec, If you're judging Costa on this year's form then Hazard is worthless and is fat and lazy, Costa was really good in the first half of his first season, Actually forget really good, He was world class, I think you're being really harsh on Costa.
May 27, 201610 yr Yeah really good for the 1st half of the season when he concentrated on football. Since then he's been throwing his weight about in the wrong way. If he concentrates on football I agree he's unstoppable but can he drop the bad boy attitude?
May 27, 201610 yr Remember when most people couldn't believe deal West ham got for their new stadium.... "West Ham United are facing questions over their new stadium, after it emerged that the club donated £12,500 to the Conservative Party. The Taxpayers' Alliance said this raises "serious questions" over the "dubious stadium deal", while a Labour MP said it was inappropriate. The money, listed in the Electoral Commission's register this week, was given on January 14. The Premier League team's vice-chairman and Tory peer, Karren Brady, attended the party's annual black and white Ball with club co-owner David Gold a month later. The taxpayer will foot most of the bill for the Olympic Stadium deal, paying for stadium costs down to goal posts and corner flags, at a price of £272?million - of which just £15?million will be paid by West Ham. Jonathan Isaby, chief executive of the Taxpayers' Alliance, said this raised serious questions about the agreement. He said: "While political donations are a private matter for a club and its shareholders, serious questions remain to be answered about this dubious stadium deal. Taxpayers have paid for this preposterously generous deal and the authorities must address our concerns around it. Barry Hearn, the former chairman of Leyton Orient who fought West Ham's proposals at the time, was hugely critical of the terms of the deal last month, telling the BBC: "It's a hugely beneficial deal to West Ham and good luck to them. "They've negotiated a good deal. I can't say the same for the LLDC who should go back to negotiation school. My dog could have negotiated a better deal for the taxpayer." Karren Brady hit back and said the Olympic Stadium deal was good for the taxpayer. A West Ham United spokeswoman told Telegraph Sport: “West Ham United is a private company and as such may make donations to whatever organisations or causes it chooses, be that a political party or the numerous charities the Club supports. “The event itself was a very pleasant evening for those attending, including some of our corporate sponsors and partners attending as guests of the Club.” This revelation has since come under scrutiny by Labour MPs. Jim Fitzpatrick, the MP for Poplar and Limehouse, told Telegraph Sport: "If the directors want to support the Conservative Party that's no surprise. Using the money from fans and sponsors I think is inappropriate. It's their company however, and the shareholders will have the chance to comment." Mike Gapes, the MP for Ilford South, told the i: "I wasn't consulted as a season ticket holder about this. Among those people who pay hard-earned money to watch West Ham, there will be thousands of Labour voters." " Only £12,500? That's an incredible bargain. I'm guessing there are plenty more gifts, either explicit or implicit, that haven't been revealed. English football may be less corrupt than football in some other countries, but it's still corrupt as hell.
May 27, 201610 yr https://twitter.com/CheGiaevara/status/736283857369059329 Zlatan's agent throwing a curveball. He may NOT be coming to United after all. ffs.
May 28, 201610 yr I dont think he'll do as well as the media are making out he will be. He's a great player but some are just not suited to certain leagues As for that tweet, thats all in the name of leverage. "150k a week?? My client could double that in China. Try 200." I dont think Zlatan is the kind of man who would go finish off his career in obscurity Edited May 28, 201610 yr by TheChelseaBlues
May 28, 201610 yr All the media are constantly talking about Pep, Jose and Klopp. It seems they think they are the three biggest and best managers in the league. In one of the papers today, they asked 3 pundits who they would want to play for about them. It's kind of nice that Conte is flying under the radar. I think they might just be surprised by Conte.
May 28, 201610 yr This game isn't the best but Hull are dominating. Hull don't deserve nothing though. Awful support with loads of empty seats.
May 28, 201610 yr Can't find a CL final thread...I may be tripping but is Rio really wearing a dickie bow ? Must be a bet.
