Just read his statements.  Wow.  Couple of back handed compliments and then talking about being let down by Africa, and how even Fifa with it's years of corruption wouldn't do something like this.

When you live in Devon, everywhere is a long bloody trek. Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City fans have 8 hour return journeys most away trips! Plus there are more than enough glory hunter LFC fans down here anyway, I would love it if they lost.

Problem is, on his day, he is miles and away the most athletically dominant midfielder in the EPL at this time. Head and shoulders above everyone else. Matic is nowhere near as consistent overall or as dangerous in forward positions.

Essien in his prime would have killed him though.

Got to say..Villa are worse than a Sunday pub team ...they are absolutely crap.  They just can't stay up, they can't string two passes together, they are truly terrible....Wanderers nearly score another..

Personally I'd love them to be relegated shower of twats. Relagation being coming a long time. The most boring fans and club in the league in my opinion

Has anyone seen the Aguero goal for City today v Norwich? I've been told it was Messi-esque and he beat four/5 players to score, Hope it lives up to the hype. :biggrin:
