June 8, 201610 yr Ibrahimovich continues to love his own press still not announcing his next move and still saying he's loving the media speculation. I find him entertaining some of the time but I think the way he's self promoting his next move just shows what a twat he is.

I thought the same about Hazard before he came here, lording it up in the press. Hate players who do all that stuff
June 8, 201610 yr aubameyang would be a quality acquisition for city. if gundogan gets back to his best post injury, city would be deadly in the final third considering the creativity they have already. looks like pep won't have much of a challenge with the way this transfer market is going so far. both us and utd are way behind in terms of chances to sign quality signings, and arsenal and spurs aren't setting the world alight with their potential interest in the market neither. June 8, 201610 yr I just thought it was funny this Aubeymang news came about a few hours after City had said they were relying on developing youth.

If Pep gets his signings I can see Jose not lasting long at United as he tends to lose the head when Pep's involved. That would be the one plus about City dominating for a few seasons.
June 8, 201610 yr Spurs are in talks with AZ Alkmaar for striker Vincent Janssen and are looking closely at Victor Wanyama, I can understand Wanyama but given the success Spurs had this season and the CL/TV money i would have thought they would be a bit more ambitious in the search for a second striker, An injury to Kane and Spurs could be mid table next year. Spurs should be in the mix for strikers such as Vardy, Morata, Lukaku and Higuain in my opinion, Maybe that big money move for Soldado has got them nervy about those type of signings.

June 8, 201610 yr Breaking: Antoine Griezmann has extended his contract with Atletico Madrid until 2021. (via @lequipe) #Atletico Major coup for Atletico. I'd love him here
June 8, 201610 yr Breaking: Antoine Griezmann has extended his contract with Atletico Madrid until 2021. (via @lequipe) #Atletico Does signing a contract extension really mean much these days? For all we know, He signed that so instead of being valued at £65 million, The buying club has to pay £90 million which would be a sort of thank you for letting me go to Atletico, The odds for his next club suggest clubs like PSG, Chelsea and United will definitely be sniffing around for him this summer, Especially if he has a good Euro's.
June 8, 201610 yr If Koeman goes to Everton then that would be a great appointment for them. A very good, young manager who fits how they want to play with what I consider to be a talented and hitherto underperforming squad. That said if/when they sell Lukaku then that's a lot of goals that need to be found elsewhere.
June 8, 201610 yr absolutely no idea what he's like. maybe mourinho has found another ivorian diamond in the rough.
June 8, 201610 yr Bought for 5.5M euros January last year. Wonder how they work out hes worth 7 times that now.
June 8, 201610 yr Also player prices are absolutely bonkers these days. Insane. More money than sense in the PL right now.
June 8, 201610 yr Also player prices are absolutely bonkers these days. Insane. More money than sense in the PL right now. I thought it was crazy when Abramovich was signing players for £20-30 million all over the place when he first arrived, but things are just over the top now. At least we were signing proven quality ( mostly ) at those prices. Unknown players who still have everything to prove are costing far too much now. This Eric Bailly that United have signed hasn't even played 100 games in his career yet. Think how much a 20 year old Robben would cost us now.
June 8, 201610 yr Think how much a 20 year old Robben would cost us now. Probably about 15 million to a german team to be sold on to the PL for 50.
June 8, 201610 yr Clubs ain't daft, they know this is the richest league in world football and we will pay well over the odds for players.
June 8, 201610 yr Dortmund on the verge of losing Gundogan, Hummels, Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan in the one window. Surely Reus won't be too far off leaving as well.
June 9, 201610 yr Jamie Vardy is leaning towards rejecting a move to Arsenal in favour of staying at Leicester City. (Standard) #LCFC #AFC
June 9, 201610 yr Jamie Vardy is leaning towards rejecting a move to Arsenal in favour of staying at Leicester City. (Standard) #LCFC #AFC What a little rat, Done the old Sergio Ramos/La Liga big shot trick there, His agent puts out he has a £20 million release clause, Arsenal show interest and he puts the squeeze on Leicester despite probably wanting to stay all along, Mind you if he does stay at Leicester what does that say about Arsenal's pulling power for players? If you can't even prize away Jamie Vardy how do you expect to sign any other big time players? Oh well i guess they can buy a Real or Barca reject, Dress it up as a galactico signing and it's Wenger in again, My money is on James Rodriguez.
June 9, 201610 yr Vardy just doing what every other footballer would do. Smart from him either way. Yup
June 9, 201610 yr Since Jack Wilshire last completed a full 90 minutes for Arsenal Dele Alli made his debut for Spurs, made his England debut and beat Wilshire's PL goals total... Leeds Utd have had five different managers, Watford have had four and Leicester have gone from the bottom of the table all the way to lifting the trophy.
