Sanchez disappeared in a big game once again, maybe he wanted to keep Remodez mate Ozil company. Such a spineless team created by a spineless manager.

There has been a lot of talk about Hazard's form so far this season, and rightly so, but Sanchez has been as bad if not worse. Hasn't scored yet and has been invisible in every game he has played so far. A lot of the very top players in the league aren't really playing that well at the moment.

Jose not admitting anything on Costa, accusing Arsenal of moaning - poor class. I know he's lying (as he admitted to doing for Drogba once) and why he's doing it, but it still grates me he denies the obvious. Still, I'd rather win than be liked.

? So Wenger told of how ashamed he is of Gabreil, Koscielny....

Oh my God, please. You might be better off on the Arsenal forum.

Jose trolling Arsenal and Arsene Wenger since 2004! :laugh2:

I remember about five years back, after Drogba had scored, a commentator saying something to the effect of ''Same old story, Arsenal have all the football, Chelsea have the goals!" Now today we had both, but the moaning will continue!

There's a difference between class and being stupid

Always the same, Sanchez was very poor last season when Arsenal needed their £35m man to step up, same as Ozil since they signed him. Yet very little is said. Hazard has a poor couple of games and its a crisis.

Claude will probably moan about them not having a proper striker again, saying Giroud does nothing haah

Claude is reasonable when talking about better teams, but hope that rat face clown "Moh" was there to watch (as usual) his soft side get destroyed at the Bridge. Next time aim to score please, how many years since they scored a goal against us in the league? it's getting boring now.

Sky's Andy Burton asks about Costa incident specifics. Mourniho responds: "I can guess when you were a kid you were playing badminton."

Thinking about that performance I'm surprised we haven't had more posts in this thread, we have been badly out of form and today was a huge game and could be one that really marks the kickstart the CL game gave us.

The Manager again got everything right against a team that always challenges and is packed with good players, looking at the games up to now we can see that this slump could be a good thing and I'd choose to have had it in the first five games rather than in November when it's much harder to correct it.

The players who have been castigated in the press and by our own have shown once again that they still have it, this wasn't them in top form but it was them improving which is a frightening thing for the opposition.

Zouma looks like he'll have a great career here and we've had the good performances by RLC and Baba midweek to show our strength in depth may not be as poor as the transfer window might suggest.

I know nothing brings people onto the forum more than a good defeat but I'd love to see some positivity for todays improvements and I'd love to see some Mourinho doubters take a step back and see that players he has faith in can still cut it.

I loved Fabregas's performance today, not least because it must irk the gooner faithful but because I've had my doubts about him more than I have Ivan but they both (and I mean even before the sending off) done well today.

Can't wait to see this squad used a little bit more and can't wait to see what Jose can do after giving a quality squad like City have a head start, If it isn't to be than I'm still going to get my seasons entertainment out of watching us try.

? So Wenger told of how ashamed he is of Gabreil, Koscielny....

A few things to mention: He admitted Gabriel should have kept his cool - nothing of the sort from Jose, who pretended indignation even at the suggestion of foul play from Costa. Second, I am expecting a higher standard from Chelsea's manager than from Wenger. Third, Jose didn't need to say he's ashamed of Diego, just acknowledge the bloody obvious. Denying in the way he did - and the accusing the victims of that particular situation of moaning - is very poor class in my book.

If I am expected to treat my team manager's words as sermon and not call him out on his bull**** (especially when it is this blatant), to be considered a Chelsea fan, then I don't want to be one. I don't believe in this type of hypocritical fendom and I don't believe our players and managers are beyond reproach just because they wear blue.

Im surprised your surprised, many many of our fans seem to only want to express opinion when we lose, they almost seem to revel in it bizarrely. Winning match threads are often half the size of losing ones.

Winding people up, looking for people to get sent off instead of actually playing football. Otherwise known as "killer instinct".
