It was the refs fault, the team reacted negatively to the penalty decision because of lack of confidence, he's the best manager Chelsea will ever have so if they want to sack him do it, and he will never quit because it's his responsibility to carry on as our manager.

That interview was incredible. One question 7 minute response. He's got a point about it being a huge moment in the future of the club but spoilt it by moaning about the pen. It was a pen but they had arguably two that should of been given in first half.

If he quits he won't get the huge payment. That sounded like a man who wants out in my opinion.

Apart from the penalty crap, that was a clear message to the players.

This is the first time ever that I have cringed at his post match interview, yes it should've been a pen but they could've had 2, and the general performance favoured them. I mean ffs we didn't have ONE single shot on target in the second half, 45 minutes after going down. There is no arguing that we did not deserve one point today.

One thing we CAN'T do is sack Jose!!!! We've already sacked every other top manager, so that CANNOT be the problem.

I have not seen the post match interview and decided not to comment throughout the game, but if JM really is blaming the ref then i think Roman has start considering a change at the top.

I think the comment he made this week about Ivanovic being the best rb we have, when we have Azpi in the squad, is a sign of his stubborness.

I would not be surprised if the physio incident affected the team, we have a great striker in Remy but would rather play Falcao who not only is out of fitness but is also on loan.... We keep playing fabregas when we have RLC who has been brilliant every game played, ivanovic has been sh*t but would rather keep him in the team instead of playing rahman and azpi in their natural positions.

Jose is being a prick because the board did not or could not get the players he wanted, if that is the case then maybe its time for him to go
