It's time for Remy.

Maybe the video is stuck on replay...I seem to watching much of the same old sh*te...no movement, no one in the box, Ivan playing like sh*te, Costa on the wing and Pedro not offering much....or maybe I am just having a bad day..

 

I thought we looked better today to be honest. Have to agree with you on Costa and Ivan though.

So much attacking play with nothing to show for it and Norwich looking like they could score every counter.

Funny how extra time works with these c**ts against the scouse we gave up a goal after time had run out yet today we can't take a corner 15 seconds after the time should have run out. So to all those well its a minimum of 1 minute then why the f**k didnt we get to take that corner?

I think the team looks so much better, this is a really BIG step forward for the team but we need to bring on someone that can put the ball in the net. Its all there now to win this game other than the final shot.

I think Costa will bag a goal if he stays on. Despite not getting the goal, I feel like he's gotten himself in a few decent positions.

 

MASSIVE improvement from Hazard especially, so glad at that.

Well, we played really well in that first half, nobody can deny that, but once again we lack a finish. I honestly think if Remy had started, we would be winning this. Costa is holding the team back. He is drifting out wide, taking up positions of other players and getting in the way, look's clumsy on the ball and just look's really easy to play against. The Costa of last season would be moving around the penalty area and staying central. He's just not playing like a striker.

I think we looked more purposeful than we have done. I don't know what Costa is doing out there at times and would like to see us try Remy for the second half. Kenedy has done well.

 

A few weeks ago the Norwich chance that JT blocked would have gone in so all in all looking better. We just need a goal.

A lot of negativity in this thread about the team but I thought we've played very well, Costa is just useless though, if we had a proper striker we'd be 2 or 3 up.

That's true, but they generally don't blow the whistle when the ball is in a dangerous position, like when the attacking team has just won a corner...

and just seen c**tenburg blow up bang on time with the ball in the West Brom area. These refs make it up as they go along.

I don't think such drastic changes are needed, we are completely on top, save the subs for the right time. I think Pedro has been alright, he is linking up with the midfield well and is making decent movements.

Pedro not adding much. Might be better off with Remy or Traore.

We were lucky with that Terry's block, he was at the right place in the right time. Decent half, I still think we can play much better, time for Remy to get in.

Excellent first half but we really needed to get that goal for all our efforts. The team are playing with extra intensity and there are plenty of balls going into that box but we just need more bodies in there. We just need to keep it up in the second half.
